This condo is fully stocked with all the essentials to make you feel at home and all the beach life essentials to make beach days the best days. A short drive to World Famous Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Center, the Indian and Banana Rivers, Port Canaveral or a quick trip to the Theme Parks in Orlando. Kayaking, Fishing, boating, breathtaking sunsets, launches and year-round sunshine are only a few things the Space Coast has to offer. Need more space for family and friends? Between our year-round sunshine, beaches, rivers, local shops, restaurants, and booming space industry, the Space Coast is truly an incredible place to be. Growing up, I remember watching space shuttle launches from my backyard, and I’m still amazed by our countless rocket launches now and how far the space industry has come since then. For the past 8 years, I've been lucky enough to be able to share my love for the Space Coast with others as a full-time, local realtor. Helping people relocate and vacation here is one of my favorite things to do. I'm so excited to share my little piece of Space Coast paradise with you all!
