This gorgeous property features 10ft ceilings throughout, 8ft x 8ft X-large windows providing tons of natural light, a beautiful spacious kitchen with fall quartz counters and island. The home features 3 bedrooms.

The beds will sleep up to 6 guests.

Bedroom #1: Desert Serenity- Master bedroom, 1 Queen bed. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a deep soaking tub and rain shower

Bedroom #2: Abstract Creative Dreams- 1 Twin bed, 1 Queen air mattress (Twin bed can be converted into a pre-set queen size bed upon request during booking)

Bedroom #3: Striped Business Vibes- 1 Twin bed

This home has a gorgeous backyard with a seated lounge area and a BEAUTIFUL golf course view!

Keyless entry, ceiling fans, central AC and heat throughout. Private shades in bedrooms. Living room windows permanently set for natural light, including living room, dining room, and kitchen. 2-Car parking space in driveway, and plenty of free street parking.

Great Stay

We enjoyed the home. We enjoyed the great view of the golf course. The house was clean and in a convenient location. We took advantage of the washer/dryer, so there was no need to pack many clothes. My only minor problem was the internet wifi speed; it was suitable for regular streaming but had issues with Webex/zoom calls. I would definitely stay again!

Another great visit

This was our second visit, and we enjoyed our stay more than the first. Patrice was a wonderful host and ensured all of our needs were met, from providing a blender for our usage to umbrellas for our beach visit. We enjoyed the view of the golf course and taking morning walks in the neighborhood. The location is convenient for shopping, and numerous restaurants are within a 5-mile radius. We are looking forward to our next visit.

We were there for work didn't stay in house not even a entire day. We paid allot for no pool or fun.

There is no beach on property 😢

Our listing does not say it has a pool or beach at the property so the guest is complaining about things that are not stated in the listing. Also the guest ended up having to pay extra due to bringing an additional 25 people to the property to spend the night after putting only 6 people on the reservation when it was prohibited. The “work” visit was actually a weed event that the 25 people went to and brought back to the property to have a big gathering. The listing clearly states that there is a max of 6 people allowed and additional people for parties and/or gatherings must be pre-approved and will be an additional cost. The guest was contacted immediately when the 25 guest arrived to inform her that this was not pre-approved and it would come with an additional fee. Having 25 guests spend the night is well above our max limit and breaks our house rules.

This is our second year staying here and I can really say this is an amazing place for vacation or business. The house is very clean and full of natural light. . The decor is modern but very comfortable and the patio area and the view just the best. The communication with the owners was answered promptly. We are already planning our next stay at this house. Amazing house in the best neighborhood

We had a family get together for thanksgiving and I am so happy I found this house. The house is beautiful, super clean and very comfortable for our group of 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The patio with the golf course view is just the best for sitting around and catching up. All my emails and messages were answered quickly and Patreese was great meeting me at the house and going through all the features of this modern house. Thanks for the bottle of wine, we certainly enjoyed it. If you are coming to the high desert, I would recommend this house without any reservation. Spring valley lake is truly the best neighborhood in the area and this house is amazing. Thank you again for making our family vacation a memorable one.
