Come enjoy our home in beautiful Oak Island! Just a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk and your toes are in the sand. Enjoy 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen stocked for all you foodies :) Relax on our screened in deck or make memories in a spacious living area perfect for family getaways, weekend retreats or friends reunions! Dogs are welcome and we have a fenced yard with a fire pit and grill for your use. Guests are loving all the amenities we provide and the easy access to all the benefits Oak Island has to offer. We have chairs and umbrellas for the beach available as well as beach toys for the kids. Golf carts are available nearby for rent. We provide chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for a fun day on the beautiful sands of Oak Island beach.
We offer restaurant recommendations as we have tried nearly all of them so do not hesitate to reach out.
We look forward to hosting you at the beach!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Please start a load of sheets in the washer before you leave.
Lock the front and back door but leave the door to the garage unlocked.
If you brought a pet, please remember to clean up after them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If you want to rent with more than two dogs please inquire as to extra fees
If any of your pets is over 50 lbs please check with us, we will approve conditionally and may charge a $50 over limit fee
