Cabin was perfect we had an issue with the central heat and they came right away to fix the issue. Communication with mgmt company was great. Cabin was perfect had all the amenities one would expect.

It was very clean, large enough for our party of 12. Had to have internet checked into when we got there, but Stevie came out right away and fixed it, and explained how to reboot everything in case it happened again. It did happen again at least 6 times in the two nights were were there. We were trying to watch the World Cup games on the smart tv & kept losing connection. Ally did notify us before we got there of the chance power may get shut off by power company due to weather. My son brought a portable generator just in case and we did need it for a bit. But one would think if you are renting a unit, and the power goes off, that a generator would be available for usage to at least power the fridge to save the food. But she did give us a heads up to plan accordingly. Would I go back?.... Heck yea! I would plan a longer stay and take in all that Big Bear has to offer. And I would definitely stay at Redwood Lodge again.

Big Bear Stay

The cabin was great. The second landing outside was full of needles, from the trees. The chairs were broken. Plus there wasn’t enough of them to sit outside to enjoy the beauty. The beds were very noisy, in every room somebody slept in. You’d think new box springs could be afforded. The vents for the heater/ ac were very dirty. Should have been cleaned.

The house was clean exactly what the pictures showed.

Word to the wise. Respect the outdoor sign parking post. A 7 bed room house allowed a 4 car parking. Even though our 6 cars ( 1 a guest for the day ) were neatly parked on property AND NOT ON THE STREET. The city fined us $ 500 dollars and could of find us a $1000. The city does patrols the streets. I wish destination would of reminded us And put a big emphasis on the city's no mercy parking patrol.

We had a great stay! Had enough room for all of our family! Kitchen was spacious and had most of the items we needed for cooking. First floor has 2 small bedrooms and spacious restroom. Third floor has 2 big bedrooms and a good size restroom. Second floor had the most bedrooms, game room and laundry room. The outdoor areas didn't have much furniture to relax on. Would stay here again! Also liked it was easy to get to off main road.
