A wonderful, relaxing, place to stay with family. The views from the lake were stunning! The front porch had lots of rocking chairs and adirondack chairs to watch the sunset and sailboats go by. It even had steps going down to the lake and a dock to sit on and/or get in the water.
What a wonderful rustic cabin on the lake with all the conveniences you need to be comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed sitting in the rockers on the porch, sharing stories and stunning sunsets!! Great communication before, during and after our rental. The property was clean and ready for us to settle in and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The grounds and view were fantastic. There was some issues with kitchen light, but most likely only needed a new bulb. There were plenty of fans available and the weather was beautiful, so that was nice to be able to have a cool breeze. Burlington was only 35 minutes and offers some great dining and shops. The ferry to Plattsburg was costly, but OK. We'd rent here again.
