Like Brand New .. this home is ready for you and your family.. It is beautiful!
Everything in this home is NEW, the pool will be heated and the view and dolphins are the same as before.
Location is everything and this home has that.. you are a few minutes walk to Cape Harbour, restaurants, stores and shopping. The amazing view down the canal is breathtaking as well as a 10 minute boat ride to open waters. The home has 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 and a queen size pull out sofa in the main living area. A full equipped kitchen and everything else you need for the comforts of home. The bedrooms are 2 on one side and master on the other. There are TV's in every bedroom and the living area as well as free wifi. Master bedroom tv has cable so you can access local tv for weather and news all other tv's are smart tv's with Roku.
