This stunning 3 bed 2 bath home is spacious, clean and well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped and a gas grill is available for indoor and outdoor dining. Filled with natural lighting & sliding glass doors you have a spectacular view of your much needed SW Florida vacation. There are water views from all the bedrooms.
Centrally located just 10 minutes away from the exclusive shops and restaurants at Cape Harbour & Tarpon point Marinas. Tour the City Center and enjoy dining, shopping and nightlife. The
Caloosahatchie River is only 10 minutes where you can relish in the beautiful beach and walk to the Boathouse Tiki Bar for
music, food and a refreshing drink after a day in the sun.

Great Place to stay

The home has everything you need for a great stay. My kids loved the pool/spa and watching the canal right behind the house. The home is clean and welcoming, and was the perfect place for our stay.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The property was exactly as described; clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The attention to detail really stood out, from the comfortable furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen that made it easy to feel right at home.One of the highlights was the outdoor space. Whether it was enjoying morning coffee in the sunshine or unwinding in the evening, the setting was peaceful and inviting. This was one of our top VRBO stays! The home was clean and appeared to be in a nice, safe neighborhood. Great stay at a great house

The house is really nice and just like the pictures. It was very relaxing and the neighborhood was very peaceful, especially with the empty lot next door. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The house is well equipped with everything you need. Overall a great stay at a great house!
