We had a great experience in this adorable house. My son had a dive meet at the Holland Aquatic center and it was a perfect location, only one mile away! It was so cozy and clean. We would love to stay here again someday.
Property was as advertised. Close to 👇 Holland (not walking distance, but close enough to be a 5 minute drive). Very easy to access property and close by attractions
Julian was extremely quick in replying to any questions and was completely understanding! The Vrbo had everything we needed for the bathroom and kitchen, and even supplied us with firewood for a fire one night. About a 5-10 min drive to downtown Holland, was perfect for 8 of us for the weekend!
Everything was as expected except a few things. TV remote situation was all messed up. Luckily it auto connected to my laptop when I plugged it in, but otherwise we were stuck on some weird cooking network. There were Roku and cable remotes that apparently did nothing, not a remote that matched the TV itself. The other complaint is more specific to us: very little for small kids/babies. No pack n play, no books. Good collection of board games but only good for bigger kids, and there was a nice high chair as well. Super sweet playground one block south, so it could be a great place for small kids. A trip to a thrift shop and it would be a baby haven. Also there was no Kleenex in the house, which I found just kinda weird.Coffeemaker and coffee available, which was a big plus for me.
The property was clean. Guests should have a small table and a lamp on each side of the bed. Luggage racks for suitcases would be a great addition. There were no niceties to make guests feel at home.
This was our first experience with a VRBO and our impression was very positive. We were in town for a hockey tournament. This property's location worked out well. The house was comfortable, and most important, the number of beds suited our needs. I'd stay here again.
Overall our stay was good, the property was very clean and updated, close to downtown and softball fields. The double bunk beds were great to give kids their own bed. However, the air conditioning is very unreliable and ran extremely loud, we were visiting in mid July so it was uncomfortable.
We were pleased to be so centrally located to many of the tulip time attractions. The house was a good fit for our family of 8. We also enjoyed the playground and basketball court walking distance away.
This location was perfect for our entire family to stay and centrally located to the events we were attending in town. The home was accurately described and had everything we needed to relax, make meals and enjoy our time together. The host was very accommodating and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again!
With family camping at Holland State Park over July 4, I was excited join in luxury.
Extremely comfortable home in a nice neighborhood. Two children and 4 adults had plenty of sleeping room. Tv is big and kitchen was equipped for cooking and baking. 15-20 minute drive to Holland State Park for fabulous July 4th beach fireworks show.
