Perfect Little Cottage

Holland, Michigan has long been a vacation paradise for tourists and vacationers alike, filled with history and attractions. Lake Michigan for beach and boating.No end of things to do in winter and summer.
'The Little Cottage' has been completely remodeled. and includes all new appliances and furniture.

It is a perfect spot to relax or use as a retreat when you get back from a day at the beach, boating, golf, snow skiing, or snow mobile riding. It is cool in the summer and warm and cozy in the winter.

The wall of windows in the Great Room has a view of Lake Macatawa.Front deck for morning coffee or a cool drink at sunset. Side deck with grill and a table for six for outdoor meals.

There are two bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the great room.Washer and dryer. Bikes and a bike trailer in the shed for use on the bike trails close by.

We have added a new washer and dryer in 2022
We have a new hot water heater 2022. New dishwasher in 2024.

My grandfather and mother built this cottage when I was very small..It has been completely remodeled and a great room added. We are very proud of its history.

Why they chose this property

Location...walk, ride bikes skate...almost anywhere you want to go..Lots of attractions nearby. Cosy and warm in the winter. Cool and airy in the summer.

What makes this property unique

wonderful neighbors all around. Most grew up either with me or with my kids
