Just 5 minutes from I-70, you’ll have quick access to both Downtown Denver and Red Rocks, both only 20 minutes away. Located in Arvada (not to be confused with Aurora), this area is known for its peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere. You’ll be close to two parks, the Stenger Soccer Complex, and the Harold D. Lutz Sports Complex with baseball fields, as well as biking trails. Grocery stores, restaurants, and more are all within walking distance, and the mountains are within easy reach for your outdoor adventures!
