Located in the heart of New Smyrna Beach (NSB), this retreat features ocean-view balconies, and close proximity to shopping and dining on Flagler Avenue. Enjoy poolside relaxation, beach days, and quality time with loved ones in this inviting getaway. The pool area is practically private; it is only shared with the next-door townhome and its guests.

The townhome features spacious living areas, a well-equipped kitchen, and a game room with a pool table and Smart TV. The backyard oasis includes a pool, and plenty of lounging options, all surrounded by lush greenery. Upstairs, the primary suite boasts an ocean-view balcony, a luxurious bathroom, and a small exercise area, while other rooms provide comfortable accommodations for the whole family. Whether enjoying the beach or the backyard, Ocean's Edge guarantees an unforgettable experience.

This VRBO was a very nice home for a large family or gathering. The home was clean, well equipped and everything worked as designed. We especially liked the porch overlooking A1A. We did not get time to get to the Beach. The recommendations for the Treehouse restaurant was a good one. The food was fantastic. The beds were comfortable. Extra blankets were bountiful. We did not get a chance to enjoy the pool and a mandatory 300 charge to have it heated was a little steep. Making that optional would be nice. The home was delightful otherwise.

House was exactly as described. Clean, easy check-in process, very detailed instructions on everything. Only drawback was shared pool, which was clearly identified up front. We didn’t use one day and the other tenants in the complex used the pool, but wouldn’t have been enough room for us all (chairs, etc). Location to the beach was fantastic and items for beach in the garage was great also. Would stay here again.

Great Location!

Our annual work trip takes place in New Smyrna every year, so we have seen a few properties to date. This location takes the cake! Great spot, very clean, and close to everything you could need! The pool was a great perk to hang out, and we even used the grill for dinner one night! The property manager was very easy to get in touch with. 10/10 recommend, and we hope it's available for us to rent next year!

Couldn’t be better

We are so glad we booked here to stay for our trip to NSB. The walk to the beach is just across the street, there’s plenty of chairs, boards and even some bikes. The beds were comfortable, there was enough space and bathrooms that we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other, and everything was clean and worked well.

Great location and spacious property

We enjoyed our week of vacation at this property with our friends & family! The space was laid out well to allow privacy but be able to enjoy time together! The pool area was very nice, only disappointment was the heater wasn’t working until it got fixed our last full day on site. Great access to the ocean across the street and nice being walking distance to the shops & restaurants in town!

Family Thanksgiving

this is the second year my family of teens/seniors and 40 somethings have stayed at this house. We are able to all have the space needed for privacy along with the open areas for get togethers. We baked for Thanksgiving and then enjoyed the beach area. I would recommend this property for a relaxed family vacation.

The house was very clean. Extremely nice to have two refrigerators and plenty of seating for the family to be together for a movie on tv. Plenty of beach towels and bath towels!Overall — it met our family’s needs. Sadly the oven didn’t work and the grill wouldn’t either.

Great pre-wedding family time

Beautiful home and pool…especially great for kids. Did not realize this was a duplex, however, and that we would share the pool. Great location! Could walk to Flagler Ave and beach was just across the street. We loved the large master suite and fabulous closet!

Large, clean beach house with all the amenities!

This property was immaculately clean upon check-in. It is in a great location…just across the street from the beach and a short walk to Flagler Ave. for shopping, food, coffee and ice cream. The pool was refreshing and fun, especially with the slide. Our group of 8 had plenty of room to spread out. Would definitely book again!

Great Location and Amenities

We had a great stay here. With plenty of space for all 9 guests and all the amenities we could ask for it was ideal. The pool with slide was a big hit, especially when the thunderstorms rolled in and we had to leave the beach. The pool table was great and the space between the downstairs and third floor allowed for the little ones to sleep while the rest of us enjoyed the space. It is a shared pool and a party showed up on our second day, but we went to the beach and they were gone when we returned. We would definitely book here again!

One of the cleanest rental properties we have ever booked. This home has everything you need and then some. The game room was a huge hit with our teens and came a close second to the pool area. The location to beach is very convenient and easy, it’s also walkable to restaurants. If you are not a walker, the bikes they have in garage are nice to ride to the restaurants and shops. Honestly one of my families favorite vacation homes we have rented.

Great home and location

Home is great. Better stocked than any other home we have stayed in. Beach chairs, floats, bicycles, beach toys for the kids, wine glasses, martini glasses, plenty of baking cooking and serving dishes, 5 port usb charging station. Pool noodles and floats. Has a refrigerator in the garage. Front balcony with views of the beach was enjoyable in the evening. New Symrna Beach is quiet with little traffic.

Almost paradise!

House itself and location were top notch. Everything needed was supplied. Great amenities throughout. Being steps away from the beach was amazing and the pool was great. Note: this is not a single home, with a rental this price you would expect exclusivity. Please be aware, you may be sharing the entrance and backyard with others. Also, checking in at 4 pm is a bit restrictive, for the price you would expect more accommodation.

All and all it was a nice place for the entire family. A lot of room for what it is. Its technically a townhouse, which I overlooked when I booked it, the neighbors were very nice though. You share the pool in the back yard, so just be conscience of that when booking. Also the heating if the pool and hot tub are not included with the price you pay, there is additional money you have to pay of you want to heat it. I was not made aware of that at all until about 3 days before getting there which I was not happy about at all, seeing as how much your paying to stay in a townhouse. As well as I've never had that happen to me at any house I've ever rented. But other than that it was a great time.
