Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Before leaving, set the A/C unit to 75 degrees Strip all beds, collect all towels & put on floor in the laundry room. Start a load before leaving Have ALL dishes clean or Run in the Dishwasher
Empty ALL items from fridge/pantry & take perishables with you. Water bottles and Sodas can be left in the water cooler in dining room Empty all trash cans thru the house & put in trash can outside
VERY IMPORTANT - Return all items or furniture (inside or out) to its original location. Make sure the dock it left as it was when you arrived & make sure the DOCK LADDER is pulled up out of water
