The Platinum is a one of a kind brand new built in 2021 fine-tuned million dollar luxury vacation rental in the heart of Naples Park located perfectly close to both Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins State Park Beach.

This contemporary-styled brand new 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home boasts 2,000 sq. ft. of living area. In addition the outside includes a built-in outdoor kitchen, heated pool and spa, outdoor shower and brand new landscaping. the interior is tastefully decorated with a new contemporary modern touch, granite kitchen counter tops, stainless steel appliances, fireplace and immaculate furniture throughout including remote controlled blinds The house also has a 2 car-garage including tons of amenities such as 4 beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, toys, umbrella, cooler, beach/pool towels.

Apart from being so close to the beach you are also close to some of Naples finest restaurants and bars ranging from the Turtle Club, Baleen, Blue Martini, Cavo Lounge, the Pub and the Mercato Entertainment district which includes high-end shops. Also you have all the supermarkets you could wish for ranging from Whole foods to Trader Joes, Publix and Walmart, all within about a 2 mile radius. Surely once you arrive, you will not want to leave.

We had a great stay over the holidays. The house is very clean and well-appointed. We had some issues with the pool heater, but Thomas was super-responsive and was able to get a technician to repair the unit ASAP. We enjoyed the pool and spa, which were clean and well-heated. The outdoor kitchen was also a hit while watching football on the outdoor TV.Six bikes and beach chairs were perfect for our family of six, thank you! We look forward to visiting again.

Awesome vacation.

The house and location was amazing. 1 mile from the beach and the owner provided bikes which was super helpful. The pool and hot tub were also great as my kids would swim after spending time on the beach. Overall wonderful vacation.

Anniversary get away

Great Get Away!
