During holidays or a short stay, we welcome you in a green and peaceful setting, in the heart of the Périgord Noir.
Charming cottage with terraces in a wooded area by the pool, located in Calviac in Périgord, near the Dordogne river and 10 km from the medieval city of Sarlat.

You will appreciate the complete equipment, the comfort of the "iris" gîte and the tranquility of the place.

On the ground floor…
♦ A fully equipped living room / kitchen, a bedroom (queen size), a bathroom and separate toilet.
Upstairs…
♦ Two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a 90 cm bed - possibility of a third 90 cm bed.
♦ A terrace facing the entrance of the gîte with garden furniture
A small terrace in height corresponding to the floor with deckchair and small table

Equipment / Services:
Washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WiFi access, barbecue
Sheets and towels for bath are provided.

Swimming pool, 5x10m - not eated - to be shared with the two other cottages. Open from may to october.

Bikes available on site, green way 1.5 km - Table tennis.

Parking; Large outdoor car park on site below the 3 cottages. cottage adjoining.
No access for people with reduced mobility.
Local shops within 5 km, supermarkets at 10 km, Sarlat or Souillac.
