Great Stay

The check in and out process was very easy, along with direct communication with host, clean and very accommodating.

Clinical Rotation at DHR.

Location is very convenient to DHR and surrounding facilities. Also, very close to airport. Community gate was never locked. Door lock had issues. However, I felt very safe during my stay. Parking was easy. Noise occasionally. There was water damage on my arrival that I reported to owner who was unaware. Had someone working on the roof during the stay. Internet was spotty, but much better after the owner added a connection. Downstairs TV was spotty. Couches were worn. Beds were so-so. Ammenities were disappointing on site premises. No chairs at pool, and only open a few days per week. Outside space was not well kept. Common for dumpster trash to be blowing around. And there were a lot of bugs/spiders that I noticed. Inside, not a lot in the kitchen to work with. The place could use a little love, but did the job.

Thanks for providing that valuable feedback Becky. Let me address the concerns raised in this review. The community gate has been undergoing repairs in the past couple of months, and that is why the association has decided to leave it open. We were unaware of the water damage on the ceiling. We did have someone on the roof, but it was just an inspector to ensure there were no roof leaks. The wifi network had experienced issues temporarily, but it should be strong for future guests as we have 4 wifi 6e routers set up to cover a large area. We have premium Posture Pedic mattresses in all of the units and most of the guests have been very comfortable and happy with them. Usually the reviews mention the comfortable beds. We apologize for the lack of furniture at the pool. The HOA handles that and not us. The kitchen is fully stocked with premium circulon cookware, utensils, dishware, cutlery, and accessories. We try to do our part to ensure the unit itself is as functional and comfortable as possible for all of our guests.
