Patio set with umbrella for outdoor entertainment. Patio set in front for morning coffee and amazing sunrises. Attached garage with remote. Located 25 minutes from PHX Sky Harbor and 15 minutes from Phoenix Gateway. Easy access to the Red Mtn 202 Loop and US 60 plus very convenient to shopping, restaurants, hiking and local entertainment.

We are both from the mid-west (MO and OH) originally. We’ve been married over 25 years and have grown to love the area and the surroundings. We are both service oriented people and love hosting our beautiful home to anyone visiting family, trying a new experience, returning visitors and / needing housing while building. Clothes and groceries are basically all you need. We’ve tried to think of everything else.

Why they chose this property

This was a family member’s home that we felt needed a lift (inside and out). The pools and club houses are kept up nicely and are close to the house. There are many activities in the winter to join in on. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly.

What makes this property unique

The location, amenities, furnishings and common staples that allow anyone to function without having to run to the store a few times before settling in makes traveling a little less stressful.
