Enjoy panoramic sunset views over Eugene when you stay at this modern Skyline property.

This luxurious newly-remodeled 3-bedroom house has a private sauna, and is centrally located, 5 minutes from the University of Oregon and Matthew Knigh Arena and 10 minutes from Autzen Stadium. This home is ideal for travelers, reunions, bridal groups, graduations, office retreats and romantic staycations!

The House:

This is a 3-storey house with a 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

The front entrance is located on the top level, which opens into a single open living space with large sitting area, decorative fireplace, dining area, bar counter, half bathroom and kitchen with a large island. There are reclining chairs facing large panoramic windows and an outdoor patio offering views of the Willamette River and Autzen Stadium.

The garage has been converted into a game room with a ping-pong table and pool table.

The second level has 3 bedrooms, including a master bedroom with sitting area and ensuite bathroom with a tub, a second bedroom with king size bed, and a third bedroom with two queen beds. There is a shared full bathroom, common reading area, office space, outdoor patio and laundry area on that same level.

The bottom level has a private spa and sauna and massage table, with full bathroom facilities including twin showers.

The neighborhood:

This Skyline house is located just off Franklin Blvd, in a quiet residential neighborhood on a tree-covered hill, next to the University of Oregon.

Skyline sits on the side of this butte overlooking the city of Eugene and the Autzen stadium. It also faces west offering beautiful sunset views.

It is a 5 minute drive to the University of Oregon, Hayward Field and Matthew Knight Arena, and a 10 minute drive to Autzen Stadium.

Skyline is a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Hendricks Park and a minute's walk to the famous Pre's Rock.

Access:

Driving or shared rides is the main way to get to Skyline. There is a 2-car driveway and street parking in front of the house for parking.

This property needs some serious attention to cleanliness. Gross actually—filthy floors, kitchen and bathroom drawers full of old used dirty sponges and bars of soap. Old scratched teflon pots and pans that should be replaced—safety hazard. Dangerously tippy dining chairs and barstools—safety hazard.Only two washcloths provided for 6 guests.It’s hard to believe this property is so highly rated. The host was nice to work with but other than that, it was disappointing.
Messy, dirty drawers with old filthy sponges and used bars of soap. Gross.

We really enjoyed our stay. First off, the views are amazing. The house was very nice and perfectly located to the Oregon campus where our son is a student. Plenty of restaurants within a 10-15 minute radius. The bedrooms are nicely sized and the furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and having the table tennis in the garage was an added bonus. If I were to make any complaint, it was that there was no grill despite it being listed in the description. Other than that, we had no issues with the house and would gladly stay there again. Owner is easy to communicate with and had quick responses to our questions along the way.

Really enjoyed our stay and truly couldn’t have had better views of Autzen and the campus. We had all the amenities we needed and had a comfortable stay. We did have one of our cars broken into one night (which surprised us given how quiet and private the area felt), so make sure to lock your cars!

This is a very nice home with extraordinary views of the city and valley. Super clean. Tons of seating. Very comfortable. The sauna is awesome. Nice kitchen to make meals in. We had a gathering for my dad’s 80th birthday and it was perfect. Parking in the garage was also really nice. We’d 100% stay here again.

Thought the stay was very enjoyable. Beware of ants though. Could not adhere to the no shoes sign due to lots of ants on floor eating munchies from previous tenants, who also left lots of pistachios in the couch. The cleaning person needs a talk’n to. Gorgeous view! Very nice place you have Chong.

Starting in 2021, my wife and I decided to rent our Skyline home to families and friends who are traveling to Eugene or the Willamette Valley, visiting students at the University of Oregon, celebrating family reunions, birthdays or holidays.

We bought this house for its convenient location and absolutely amazing panoramic views over Eugene and sunsets!

Our Skyline home is newly remodeled in 2021 and is designed and decorated for families and friends who enjoy staying in a private home with a modern design and amenities. It has 3 bedrooms that can comfortably house 8 guests. It also has a spa with massage table and private sauna.

It is conveniently located next to the University of Oregon, Autzen football stadium, Hayward Field and Matthew Knight Arena for visiting sports fans and families visiting their college student.

It is also an ideal location for an intimate reunion, retreat, bridal party or romantic vacation.

What makes this property unique

Having lived in this house, our favorite features of this house are its views and sunsets from the comfort and privacy of our living room and master bedroom. The spa and sauna is fun too!
