From the living room as well as from the bedroom you have direct access to the garden terrace, which is partially covered, with an unobstructed view of the lagoon / Baltic Sea. The town center is only 900m away. The terrace is furnished as new. The kitchen-living room has a microwave and dishwasher, the living area with sofa / sofa bed with satellite TV, DVD player and stereo system ensures relaxing evenings.
The bathroom has new sanitary equipment and a shower with thermostat / toilet / washing machine, towel dryer and underfloor heating in the bathroom.
The 2-room apartment is on the ground floor and is therefore very suitable for older people. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment / and oh. Dogs.
