Each of the 4 bedrooms feel like a private hotel room with your own private bathroom, a sitting/reading chair, a desk and plenty of closet space and shelves to put your things and feel right at home. Cook in the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy your time in the dining room, living room, the home’s speakeasy style bar/lounge room, and on the covered porch. Lower outside patio has a fire pit and table to eat at. BBQ grill can be wheeled out from the garage. Lots of large trees make the yard feel like a mini park. The long driveway allows plenty of off-street parking. Centrally located to enjoy the very best of Traverse City! 10 miles (18 minutes) to Flintfield Horse Park/TC Horse Show. We allow pets, please verify pet with owner. City requires 30 day min stay.

Great location and attentive owner!

Very nice house with a great location! We were there for the Iceman bike race and it was nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom since we had so many adults. The host was wonderful with communication, she reached out and was very attentive. There were local baked goods and apples there for us when we arrived, which was super nice and much appreciated. In addition, someone in our party left some gaming supplies behind by accident and she contacted us immediately and made arrangements to have everything shipped back to him no problem. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

Perfect for Traverse City Experience

Centrally located home with perfect setup for adults: four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Clean, well appointed, fully functioning kitchen, thoughtful and helpful host. Friendly quiet neighborhood. Only drawback is that the communal spaces are small. This is a place to relax and enjoy central Traverse City; it's not a party location. Highly recommend for adult and family stays.

Perfect house and exceptional host

We loved having a separate full bathroom for each bedroom! We came up for the Bayshore races and enjoyed our own bathrooms for our early race morning and weekend stay. Our hostess met us at the house and was available for us as needed and incredibly welcoming. She made us feel like family. I especially appreciated the new kitchen sponge in plastic, the pressed toilet paper in each bathroom, delicious cookies waiting for us and comfort bread also. Amazing stay!
