With easy access to the best local attractions, including Old Town Scottsdale, Salt River Fields baseball stadium, OdySea Aquarium, Talking Stick Casino Resort, and Great Wolf Lodge water park just across the street.

Inside, you'll find a spacious and comfortable living area with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The living room features a plush sofa that doubles as a queen-size bed, perfect for accommodating up to four guests. The bedroom is equally inviting, with a king-size bed and premium bedding that ensures a good night's sleep every night. The full bathroom is stocked with all the essentials you need, including fresh towels and toiletries, so you can travel light.

This one bedroom condo also features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to whip up delicious meals and snacks, including a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The spacious patio offers the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sunshine, just steps away from the parking lot.

Nice and spacious apartment with a large patio off the living room and bedroom. Nice kitchen with a large island top and standard size refrigerator. A little dated, but it works. Big walk in closet in bath area and two vanities also. Nice area, pretty close to everything.

Property needs help

The property was a little run down. Pool was dirty. The landscape lighting was knocked down and just laying there. The 2 fans in the rooms were covered with dust. There was a musty smell throughout. The screen doors were broken. There were cobwebs in the ceiling on the deck.

6 night stay turned into 4

We enjoyed our stay for 4 nights. The next morning I was awoken at 6:40am to water squirting out of a pipe under the bathroom sink. I put a pan under it and cleaned up with a towel. I contacted the owner, who didn’t even enter the condo that day to check it out. I got her to come over that evening. We had to vacate the next two nights because it wasn’t repaired at additional hotel cost to us. Now she wants us to pay for repairing her condo’s plumbing. Unbelievable!!!

The property was in excellent condition at the time of Connie’s check-in. Four days into the stay, she reported a leak under the bathroom sink. We took the issue seriously and immediately reported it to VRBO, following all the proper procedures to address the situation. We have made every effort to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.

Very clean listing, plenty of room for food and the closets were game changers. Comfortable bed and the linens were clean. The balcony was very nice and private. The pool was pretty gross but all in all the room itself was awesome!

Nice location but disappointed with property condition

The property manager was responsive to messages. Overall, the property is nice but just surface clean. It has a lot of deferred maintenance. We had to buy toilet & facial tissue.

For our future guests, we provide a bidet and 2 rolls of toilet paper to each group of guests. No refill for long term guests just like most of short term rentals. But if you need few more rolls, we will be more than happy to deliver to you. If you are not satisfied with cleaning, please let me know and I will request the cleaners to redo it for you, so you can enjoy your stay.

This place is in a great nice location close to everything you would need. It is renovated and simple, inviting, excellent storage space for luggage, walk in closet, easy to park, grassy area behind welcoming, so much preferred over a hotel. Only about 15 minutes away from hiking trails. Close to all of local area’s best attractions, nice restaurants and shopping centers.
