About this property

Magnificent duplex 3* 4 bedrooms 100m² in the heart of Samoëns - up to 10 pers.

We offer you our family duplex (T5) of 100 m2 in the heart of the historic village of Samoëns in a beautiful MGM residence with all shops and restaurants within walking distance in a few minutes.
Located on the top floor with lift with a beautiful view of the peaks, it can comfortably accommodate 8 to 10 people thanks to its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
We have designed it to make you feel at home!
A Free shuttle bus 150 metres away leads to the departure of the gondolas.

It is composed as follows:

On the ground floor:
- Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, mixer, juicer, raclette/pierrade machine and fondue set)
- Living room with large corner sofa, TV and games console
- Dining room with a large table that seats 10 people opening onto a large balcony
- Balcony with 2 tables and 4 chairs
- Bedroom with 2 single beds (2x90) with wardrobe
- Bathroom with washing machine
- Separate toilet
- Large cupboard in the entrance

On the 1st floor:
- Bedroom with 2 single beds (2x90) with en-suite shower room
- Double bedroom with balcony (1x160) and chest of drawers
- Bedroom with 1 bunk bed (2x80) and 1 pull-out sofa (2x80) with a closet
- Bathroom with toilet

For the little ones, we provide a high chair, a booster seat, a travel cot with second mattress, as well as some toys and books.
3 covered parking spaces in the underground car park are available as well as a ski locker with electric boot dryer.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Fabulous apartment in a lovely village.

This was so easy to organise. Comms with the apparment manager were speedy and clear. We were met on arrival and everything explained. Samoens is a delightful Alpine village. Very relaxed atmosphere but with some life to it. The apartment is right in the village. Walk to the market square in seconds. Underground parking is great in summer and no doubt winter too. Inside is great. Loads of space and very well equipped.
