Very clean and well-equipped property. The kids loved having access to all the different swimming pools (2 complexes - one with slides) and we enjoyed a couple of games of tennis. We also eyed up the mini golf but didn’t have time in the end. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. Everything was very accessible by foot and bike, there was a free bus to the beach and local chateau & supermarket at Talmont-saint-hilaire which we didn’t use but could have done. The local beach was good but busy, free parking was competitive but there is plenty if you’re prepared to walk for 10 mins. We preferred sable d’olonne but it is also busy and parking requires a little walk. The ice creams there are good though and the shell art (L'île penotte) is well worth the trip! Suggest booking for meals out in high season if you choose somewhere that is highly ranked online.
