The house with typical buildings, accompanied by its dovecote, is located on the edge of the forest and vineyards, overlooking a magnificent wild wooded valley. You enjoy the calm of the countryside while being close to the Lot valley. You are in the heart of the vineyard while being close to Cahors and its tourist sites. The owners, former winegrowers will be able to share their profession with you and will tell you the story of their beautiful country. Large house comprising on the ground floor: a large living room with a lounge area, a dining area and a kitchen area, an additional room. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, a bathroom and separate toilets. Outside: a covered shelter for 2 cars, a large terrace adjoining the house with garden furniture, a second partly covered terrace with garden furniture and built-in barbecue, a large wooded park. Washing machine.
