A quiet farmhouse, close to tourist attractions and nature. This is the former country home of a former neighbour named “Georges.” The new owners honour him not only by naming the house after him, but also with a plaque depicting him in front of the door! Recently renovated, the house has retained its charm. Are you environmentally conscious? This cottage features a phytopurification system (using eco-friendly and biodegradable products provided on-site). The owner will be happy to show you her ceramic sculpture studio called “L’Atelier La Borie.” Ideally located on the border of the Dordogne, it’s the perfect base for exploring the many treasures our two departments have to offer: castles, river canoeing, the town of Sarlat, Cahors, and historic villages such as Rocamadour, Gramat, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, and Figeac…. The house is located next to the owners’ home and features two levels. On the ground floor: entryway, 30 m² living area (fully equipped and built-in kitchen (top-mounted refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven and gas hob, drip coffee maker, and French press), living area with TV and wood-burning stove), laundry room (washing machine, large refrigerator, microwave, sink, separate toilet). Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (4 single beds that can be combined to form 2 queen-size beds), 1 bedroom (1 queen-size bed) with its own open, private shower room, shared shower room, and separate toilet.
