Contemporary style house of around 150m², on 2 levels, on a large plot of over 4000m². On the ground floor: living room of 60m², fitted kitchen of 20m², laundry room with freezer, dryer and washing machine; 2 bedrooms each with a 160 bed, wc, shower room and bathroom with WC. Upstairs, in the dovecote, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Geothermal underfloor heating. Covered shelter for car. private swimming pool of 11x5.5, with access by steps, gentle slope, then diving pit more than 2 m deep, secured by electric shutter and barriers. Electricity is included in the price up to 56kmw per week, beyond that a supplement may be requested based on a meter reading.
