It is in a contemporary spirit and in respect of traditional Quercy buildings that this house has been renovated in the heart of the village in a peaceful lane. Large openings that let in light, beautiful living space opening onto the terrace and the swimming pool, exposed framework and mezzanine for the feeling of space. Inside, the presence of stone and wood combined with modern decoration and very comfortable equipment gives the feeling of a cozy home. Outside, lying on the deckchairs or sitting around the garden table for moments of conviviality, we contemplate the swimming pool fitted out as if in a jewel case! At Gite de La Caze, you can take advantage of the immediate proximity of shops, services and many marked hiking trails while being halfway between Rocamadour and Padirac, in the heart of the Dordogne Valley! From the Arbol lane, a few steps to access the steps and the entrance to this pretty village house adjoining an uninhabited house. On the same level: living room with 2 sofas, flat screen TV, pellet stove, and dining area, independent kitchen with built-in units and fully equipped, 2 bedrooms: "Elise" (1 double bed + 1 cot), " Rosa" (1 double bed +1 bunk bed), shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs, a relaxation area on the mezzanine which gives access to a large attic bedroom, "Célina" (1 double bed) and its shower room + wc. All openings are equipped with mosquito nets. Outside, fenced swimming pool, heated by bubble cover (sun: 9x5, depth: from 0.85 to 1.80m), terrace, small garden (3.50x10m), table tennis, plancha, garden furniture, sunbathing. The village bells ring every hour except at night from 9 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Possibility to park the vehicle in the lane at the foot of the stairs of the gîte or on the small square nearby.
