Traditional country house pleasantly renovated, offering vast and relaxing exteriors on the heights of the beautifully restored village of Montvalent. Typical Lot atmosphere, on the edge of the Causses du Quercy Natural Park. Close to the Dordogne river and major Lot touristic sites (Rocamadour, Padirac, Dordogne Valley ...). Living room, dining room, fitted kitchen on the ground floor, 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.40m) with private bathroom (shower), separated toilet. Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms (1 bed 1.40m, 2 beds 0.90m), bathroom (bath), separated toilet. Courtyard, semi-enclosed garden and very large adjoining land. Electric floor heating on the ground floor, convectors upstairs.
