Lovely Home in Convenient Location

Great little house in convenient neighborhood! Super comfy beds. The listing was a little off and it’s one full bathroom with tub/shower and one powder room on the main floor. No shower in the powder room. Also there are two twin beds in the third bedroom. The listing says only one. It also had a pullout couch on the second floor that could be used. We didn’t use it, but I just didn’t notice it in the listing. So it has plenty of sleeping space!

Great stay!

We had a great stay at Darren’s home. Everything was as described. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I never sleep the first night I stay in a new place, but I did here! As someone who lives in a very rural area, I was concerned about the city noise I could hear as the sun went down. But then, it was like it just turned off and we both slept very well each night we were there. The location is excellent. We were able to easily walk to several of the areas we wanted to visit. We walked to Camden Yards for a baseball game, to the Edgar Allen Poe house and museum, to the B&O Museum, and to Pratt Street Ale House for dinner one night. At no time did we ever feel unsafe and just stayed as vigilant as we would have in any city. We are planning a return trip and hope this home is available for that one as well!

Nice but needs accountability

We loved the fact that this home was near a playground as well as downtown. I’m not sure if the owner lives in the area where the home for rent was, but it was apparent that the management group of maintenance people were not doing their due diligence. There was trash left, and bedroom one on the middle level there were there was trash left in the trash cans. There is a trash left outside on the opatio and the patio was unkept. It was sad that there was a shower and a half bath, but that was untrue and the third bedroom upstairs had no access to the Internet so the TV could not be used. Not sure if something was stolen from out of the room And that’s why the TV no longer works but again that should’ve been something that was checked before we got there thank you

Terrible Stay

I Did Not Have A Good Stay With Darren. At First Communication Was Nice &’ Good &’ He Seemed To Be A Friendly Guy. I Do Not Live In Maryland &’ For A Quick Stay I Decided To Book This Place. I Had My Family Members Who Do Live In Maryland Come &’ Visit Me &’ Darren ASSUMED I Was Having A Party. I Am A Grown Women I Do Not Throw Parties, I Am Not A Child &’ If I Wanted To Have A Party It Will Not Be In Someone Else’s Home. I Left Darren’s Place In A Nice, Clean Condition But He Is Now Trying To Demand Money From Me Regarding Something That Was NOT Caused By Me. He Proceeded To Yell On The Phone, Calling Me A Liar &’ He Does Not Rent Out To Locals. Please Be Careful When Booking With Him &’ Take Pictures &’ Videos AS SOON As You Arrive &’ AS SOON As You Leave Because I Am Disappointed With How Everything Went Down.
