We stayed at this house for my daughter’s wedding weekend. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and the photos in the beautiful rooms were just fabulous. It was ideal in every way and Bruce was a magnificent host! One to always remember fondly on such a momentous occasion!

Stay was very accommodating. Perfect for our family, enough space and room for multiple family members. Kitchen beautiful and stocked with cookware and everything needed. Great walking distance to brown university. Large table for good amount of people. Highly recommend

Immaculate and beautiful property in a fantastic location. Fully equipped with plenty of space, our large group wanted for nothing. Communication with the host was fantastic, very prompt responses and communicated by WhatsApp for our ease when in the country. Check-in and house information was very detailed, leaving no questions to be answered. Brilliant host, accommodated an earlier check-in and when we thought we had an issue with the wifi (we didn't) he was round within an hour to have a look. We were very sad to only be staying 2 nights and wouldn't hesitate to book again if we were back in the country. Thank you so much for everything Bruce, we loved our stay.

First of all, we love the house. It is the perfect place to gather as a family. And the hosts really have thought about everything, including the importance of coffee, comfortable beds, and kitchen where you can really cook. Plus, the house has been very clean both times we have stayed there. It is roomy and yet cozy at the same time. It is well located in Providence.

Cozy family time in Providence

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this welcoming home. The location is excellent, with a gorgeous playground across the street that would be perfect for families traveling with children. The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Thank you for a delightful stay!

Spacious, beautiful house for family gathering!!

Our kid graduated from RISD and family came to stay here with us. All the rooms were beautiful and we enjoyed cooking and streaming old movies together. There was another group occupying a top-floor apartment in the house, but we only heard footsteps through the ceiling and it was not disruptive. Wonderful stay!!

Special graduation weekend!

We were quick to book the house and apartment for Brown graduation after staying in the house my son’s freshman year. It’s the perfect setting for a big family. Well appointed and comfortable! We cooked, hosted a party, and accommodated family from all over the country.

Excellent Location

Great location. The neighborhood is quite charming considering Providence is a city. My guests and I travelled to attend a conference at the Rhode Island Convention Center. The home is spacious with plenty of room for entertaining. We particularly loved the professional waffle maker.

Beautiful, we’ll-equipped home for family gathering

The property is a beautifully maintained, charming and highly functional large home, perfect for gathering friends and family for celebrations or local visits to PVD. Well equipped kitchen, making cooking easy and very comfortable beds. Exceptionally convenient to Brown (walkable) and other local spots. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return for future PVD visits. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating to requests like early check in where feasible.

Visit for Thanksgiving

We visited Providence to celebrate Thanksgiving with old family friends. Our adult children and spouses joined us. This house was an old home with beautiful, large rooms and modern, well equipped kitchen. The beds were super comfortable. It was in a lovely section of town, easy distance to Thayer Street and good shops. An excellent stay.

Brown University Perfection

This house was perfect for getting to and from Brown. The kitchen was beautiful and included some spices and snacks which was very helpful. We loved having coffee on the porch and all the spaces were comfortable and well thought out.

Perfect for brown parents

We celebrated Easter with our extended family. This house has all the amenities, is clean and has a wonderful kitchen. It’s perfect for a family. Whole Foods and liquor store is .2m away.

Amazing house

This was out second time staying at this property and I can’t say enough about what a great experience we had. It is a beautiful, old home with lots of charm. The kitchen is well equipped. Family Wedding

The host of this beautiful Victorian could not have been more welcoming and responsive. The location is perfect to walk towards Brown University or downtown Providence. Wish we had more time to utilize the beautiful kitchen and clawfoot tubs!
