We really liked this property and would definitely stay there again! It's well appointed, has 2 parking spots, walkable to shops and restaurants, and the hosts are very commucative and respond quickly to messages. You can walk to Brown and RISD from here, and it's on a cute quiet street.
Our stay was perfect! The location is great and Mia our host was very helpful. There were plenty of accessories in the kitchen and the beds were excellent. I highly recommend Benefit street Oasis!
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely townhouse conveniently located in the heart of Providence. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had and were knowledgeable of the area.
Six of us stayed in this beautiful apartment, and there was room for everyone. We had dinner and activity plans all nearby, so we were able to walk to everything and it was incredibly convenient. Lovely stay!
We stayed here for a girls weekend and had a wonderful time. There were 8 of us and it was very spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. The area is very charming and it is walking distance to everything. We really enjoyed our weekend here.
The house was comfortable and well equipped. The location was even better. Walking distance for my daughter to RISD and a short drive for my son to hockey at PC. The owners were communicative and the entire stay was seamless.
The property is located in a beautiful historic neighborhood and is close to RISD and Brown as well as downtown Providence. The owners were very responsive to any requests or questions we had during our stay.
My family (couple and adult kids) enjoyed exploring Providence a bit over the Thanksgiving break. There’s so much to do within walking distance (museums, restaurants, stores) and we also just loved walking around neighborhoods and exploring the architecture. My husband and I enjoyed having the option for a private sitting area in our top floor suite.
A group of friends from college who have stayed friends for 49 years. Did Federal Hill, goldila, CAV, pumpkin spectacular and historic walking tour. Great location to stay
The home was great. Family of 6 adults. Everything in home was 5 star. The Host Mai was amazing. Location perfect to everything. Don’t look any further, book this house.
The property was the perfect fit for us on a recent east coast trip. It’s well-appointed and packs a punch for its size. It super handy to downtown, train station and Brown University. The charming neighborhood was a pleasant bonus. The hosts were accommodating and communicated very well.
Our visit to Providence was highlighted by our beautiful apartment; beautifully furnished, spotless with thoughtful touches: snacks, extra towels and a booklet with clear, concise instructions around all aspects of our vacation home.
The neighborhood is lovely with easy access to shops and restaurants.
Warm thanks to our hosts
The Benefit Street location was indeed an Oasis!
We enjoyed this quaint location in Providence. It was easy to walk around to dine in fantastic restaurants and to see the history Providence has to offer!
It was centrally located for our family outings to Boston and Newport. Then after returning, we could chill out and relax in this comfy spot!
Thanks!
We could not have asked for a better place for our initial visit to Providence. Four adults had ample space, comfortable beds, a quiet street in a great neighborhood close to everything. We could walk to Brown University, walk downtown, walk to restaurants, river tours, museums, etc. Our host Mai was very responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns. The property was just as advertised, and we would definitely book again. Wonderful place to stay!
I recently spent a week in Providence with my teen daughter and niece at the Urban Oasis on Benefit Street. It was a wonderful and very convenient and comfortable stay. The girls took courses at RISD during the day which was just a couple of blocks away from the RISD campus. I worked remotely in the apt. In the evenings, we tried different restaurants in the area as well as took advantage of the nearby grocery stores. We slept well in the accurately described apartment. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
