Small new house with all comforts of 70m2. Located in the Bigouden country 20 minutes walk from Pont l'Abbé by a greenway, lake 3 minutes by car, 15 minutes from the Pointe de la Torche, Quimper and Benodet by car. This house is very suitable for 2 people, it is not overlooked in a hamlet. Terrace and south-facing garden ideal for breakfast or aperitif.
