Ideally located on the Corniche of the Sea of Benodet with a broad view of the ocean, and facing the entrance to the Odet, you can contemplate the sailboats, sailing schools, fishermen, tourist stars departing for the Glénan or going up the Odet towards QUIMPER. The show is permanent.
The apartment is in a very quiet residence of 2 floors, with a garden belonging to the condominium. You will appreciate the sweetness of life, the tranquility and the calm of BENODET. The beaches of TREZ, COQ, ST GILLES and LETTY are very close along the ODET estuary by the Corniche de la Mer.
BENODET benefits from a casino, a multi-theater cinema, the BENODET Thalassotherapy Relay (offering 10% discount on the care for the tenants), the restaurants of BENODET are on foot in a few minutes, or those of Ste MARINE (in 10 minutes by car from the CORNOUAILLES bridge).
The apartment of 45 m2, very bright and crossing, is composed of a large living room, with a kitchen open to the dining area and the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, pots and pans

On the terrace, you can enjoy the garden furniture in peace.
The room, with a large window, is equipped with a bed of 140X190 very comfortable and a large closet mirror with a wardrobe, a dresser, and a TV.

Private parking space (No. 5) in the basement of the residence, or along the residence.
The BENODET market takes place every Monday morning. Most traders are nearby.

A deposit check of 400 € will be requested upon your arrival and will be refunded upon your departure if the apartment is returned in conformity and cleaned.
