After a long day enjoying the amazing outdoors, come home and relax in your private 7 person hot tub or the jetted tub in the master bathroom.

TWO FLOORS offer spacious relaxation for your stay. The MAIN level hosts a luxurious and open LIVING and KITCHEN space.

The state of the art kitchen hosts all the appliances and cookware you would need for gourmet meals as well as a dining area for 8 or more. We offer fridge stocking service for an additional charge to save you precious vacation time and stress with family. We even have a second full size refrigerator in the garage for guest use. If you don’t feel like cooking, you can take advantage of top restaurants and 5 star steakhouses nearby in Heber or Main St Park City. We even have babysitter recommendations for you to have a quiet romantic night out.

When the kids settle down for the evening after a day full of activities you can take your opportunity to relax and catch up on your favorite movies and shows on any of the multiple large TVs throughout the house. Connect to your preferred streaming service of choice and cuddle up for movie night!

For those that prefer a night out, Heber Valley Brewery is minutes away as is fine dining in Park City or Zermatt Resort at nearby Midway.

A second bathroom and LAUNDRY room are also located on the main level.

The stunning vaulted living room with fireplace and giant windows offers breathtaking views of Heber Valley and Mount Timpanogos.

The lower level also hosts a SECOND LIVING area with a large KITCHENETTE, a huge flat screen, and sofas, perfect for movie night or a quiet activity for the kids after a busy morning playing in the snow. A large comfy chair unfolds to queen size mattress in the game room.

The GARAGE and large driveway provide ample parking for 4 vehicles. Snow removal service makes getting out and on the road easy and fast even after some fresh powder the night before.

Feel the calm breezes relaxing on the spacious deck and enjoy the mountain views.

The entire yard and garage are open to the guests. Make snowmen in the winter or enjoy the spacious lawn in the summer.

We are not on site but readily available for quick communication with our boots on the ground team nearby in Heber City

A beautiful quiet neighborhood with views of the valley. Easy access to mountain bike coyote trail through the back of the neighborhood. Grocery stores and restaurants are just a few minutes away on downtown Main St in Heber City.

Midway Utah is only 10 minutes away. This quaint Swiss mountain town hosts many fun events including the world famous Ice Castles, ice skating, Wasatch mountain state park, Swiss Days, Soldier Hollow resort, several pristine golf courses and mountain hiking.

The perfect location for winter or summer getaways as it is central to the Heber Valley and its many activities. There is world class fly fishing in the Provo River.

Heber Railroad has many family friendly themed train rides like Halloween, Harry Potter, and spooky train rides. There is apple picking nearby at orchards or come see the leaves change colors in the mountains.

The neighborhood consists of nicer homes with excellent views. The neighbors are all friendly and we plan to keep it that way! Smile at them and wave! Please be respectful of quiet hours:) 9pm to 8am

We have deer that walk through the yard almost daily. They are fun to watch through the windows as they descent to graze in the fields. Be careful driving at night as they cross roads frequently.

Other popular summer activities include biking the Provo River trail, sailing in a hot air balloon, horse back riding in the mountains, ATV 4 Wheeling in the mountains, fly fishing, soaking the Midway Crater, or just hanging out in the backyard around the (soon to be installed) fire pit and roasting marshmallows. Hike to Island Lake and try cliff jumping, or if you prefer something mellow, Nobletts creek is pleasant in the shade by water. So many wonderful hikes in the cool crisp clean mountain air.

Easiest way to get around is by car but we offer concierge services to and from the airport and resorts for an additional fee for those that want true hands off vacation. There is only one stop light between the Salt Lake airport and our home.

Utah is a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare, but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.

For those with mobility concerns: Stairs are required to enter the home. Entry from the garage (two steps) gains access to the lower level. One must ascend a full flight of stairs to reach the main level of the home.
