Well equipped rental on a quiet street. Close to downtown and parking was ample. Plenty of room for just the two of us. Could use some deep cleaning as rooms smelled musty.

The house was great. Everything was excellent. Except remember it’s a shared porch. Our entire stay there was a group of men that stayed on the front porch. They never left the porch. The chairs on the porch were right in front of our windows. No privacy.

We rarely have any issues with the shared front porch. This guest told me after checkout and I would have mentioned it to the upper guests if I’d known during the stay. There is a more private back porch area for the lower level apartment. But of course the front porch is more fun.

Excellent option for a stay near the Historic Distric. Safe, beautiful and quiet area. Only downside was that the TV set is a bit old, so we couldn't access our own streaming services (Netflix) Other than that, top notch experience.

Great stay with one exception. The next-door neighbor had a bunch of people sitting outside of our window which has a straight view to the bedroom. No blinds, just see through curtains. I felt like our privacy was invaded especially at night. Other than that, we loved our stay.

This place was extraordinary! It’s so much bigger than I anticipated. It had such charm. It was clean and in a very safe neighborhood. This is my 5th time visiting Savannah, and by far the best place I’ve ever stayed! The quick walk to Mate’ Factor for breakfast was an added bonus. (Best cinnamon rolls ever!). We will definitely be staying here again.

Easy to park our Sprinter van right in front. This is a lower unit of a house in a historic neighborhood. Walkable to groceries- we were also able to walk to the riverfront/ downtown. Clean and comfortable. It's an older house lower unit, so don't expect all new... and occasionally hear the upstairs neighbors. A very pleasant stay.
