Lower Level Executive Rental in Victorian District

This is a great Savannah location, in the Victorian District close to Forsyth Park and 1.1 miles from the Riverfront. Parking for free on the street or park off street behind the house! King bed. Equipped kitchen. Full bathroom has combination tub/shower. Full size private laundry machines. A half bathroom (powder room) is conveniently located off the kitchen.

The sofa does not pullout in this apartment so this is only for 2 people. Shared front porch and private back porch. Shared back yard.

My place is close to public transport and family-friendly activities.
Please note that bookings are non-refundable so do NOT use instant book to reserve this apartment if you are not sure yet. Once booked you may not cancel for a full refund but we offer insurance options that can be added on to cover many common reasons for needing to cancel.

Your cleaning fee covers all linens handling/laundry and sanitizing the bathrooms. No need to strip beds. Please clean up after any unusual messes (food spills etc) before your leave
Please wash dishes if you used the kitchen to cook. You may leave washed items out drying or in properly loaded running Dishwasher for us to put away
If you have excess trash please put it in the green plastic. City trash carts on wheels in the alley behind the house, next to the parking area out the back gate.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is no refund of your initial booking payment. If you cancel before your balance is due you will not be charged the balance
