Lower Level Executive Rental in Victorian District

This is a great Savannah location, in the Victorian District close to Forsyth Park and 1.1 miles from the Riverfront. Parking for free on the street or park off street behind the house! King bed. Equipped kitchen. Full bathroom has combination tub/shower. Full size private laundry machines. A half bathroom (powder room) is conveniently located off the kitchen.

The sofa does not pullout in this apartment so this is only for 2 people. Shared front porch and private back porch. Shared back yard.

My place is close to public transport and family-friendly activities.

The host seemed welcoming even though we message each other before my arrival. The amenities were great except a minor fixture issues that I mentioned in my previous message after leaving the house. Perfect location

We enjoyed the neighborhood location and available parking. The 1890’s home has all the modern comforts. The front porch was so inviting and we used it daily after sightseeing. We will definitely return in the future.

Wonderful location
