Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy your time here while working and visiting. Quiet neighborhood near a green-belt. Two-story high ceiling townhome with 1 master, 1 bedroom, and 1 office. The office has a Varidesk standing desk and a sitting desk. High speed fiber-optic. Convenient location, easy access to shopping, Boulder and Estes Park. The quietest & most efficient furnace + steam humidifier. Kitchen, A/C, washer+dryer, garage and patio. The entire townhome welcomes 2 guests maximum. If you will have visitors staying overnight please inform the host at the booking. $25 person per night. New 43UHD TV. The townhome is at the street level both the front door (7 stairs) and back garage (2 stairs and then 6 stairs and then 5 stairs to the living room). It has high ceiling and is open concept.
Living room is at the first level, 4 stairs up is the dining room and kitchen. Then more stairs to go up to the second floor for the bedrooms and office, and 2 bathrooms.
The master room has a queen bed, and the bedroom has a full bed.
There's a powder room by the kitchen.

Venice Lane townhome

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. It is in a wonderful location, very close to many stores and downtown Longmont. There are several great walking trails closeby.

I went to be in the area to help family. Several people came in at various times to see the new baby. The place was roomy, clean and bright! It worked well for us. Nice neighborhood and very quiet.

Superb Condo

The condo was very nice, immaculate, with good natural light, and in a quality and quiet neighborhood. Maria was easy to contact and very responsive. The place easily deserves 5 stars!
