We really enjoyed our stay here. Walked to a few of the restaurants right in the neighborhood, which was really nice. Great location for visiting Longmont and Boulder.

My husband and I stay here every time we visit our daughter in Longmont. Each time we come in, it feels like home. The bed is comfy, the living area is cozy and the kitchen is well-appointed. The host is wonderful and communicative. Great place to stay with a surrounding neighborhood with lots of trees and shade. Great for walks!

Three of us stayed here for 7 nights in late July. The guesthouse was clean, the kitchen was great for cooking and the furniture was comfortable for watching TV. The location is convenient for walking to coffee and restaurants. Brent was a great host. We would definitely stay here again.

What a great place! It’s clean, well-stocked, and definitely cared for. Brent is a responsive host with helpful, detailed communication. It was centrally located for all of our adventures in Denver and Rocky Mountain National Park. The neighborhood is a beautiful, quirky little nook with some local gems. Highly recommend this stay!!

Fantastic little oasis

We had such a wonderful stay! This home is located in the cutest neighborhood and we enjoyed just walking around and visiting the local shops and restaurants. It was clean and decorated adorable. The host was easy to communicate with and very considerate! We will definitely stay here again!

A dreamy stay in beautiful Longmont

Such a great spot — close enough to great attractions but far enough for privacy and peace. The space has everything we needed for a short stay and more. Anything we thought of, the place had. Brent is also super communicative and offered great recommendations. Will definitely be back!

We stayed here for 7 nights and loved both the VRBO apartment and the area. The host was easily accessible when needed and very responsive. The coffee / tea bar was well stocked, usable and included a French press my favorite and several types of tea. The Prospect New Town area has great walkability and is very close to downtown Longmont. One of the must see things is The Cheese Importers and be sure to frequent the local eatteries in the area.

Great space - June 2023

My family of four stayed at this property in late June 2023. It was perfect for us with the kitchen and laundry amenities we needed. The check-in process was simple, and the space was clean, and the neighborhood felt very safe. We would absolutely stay here again when in the Longmont area.

Great Base Camp

My boyfriend and I visited for a week, and this was the perfect base camp near Denver to explore Colorado. The place was clean, had everything we needed, check-in and out was a breeze. Brent was attentive and communicative. The neighborhood was cute and walkable, with shops, restaurants, and groceries only a few miles away. We had a great time!

Perfect location

This was our 2nd stay at Brent’s VRBO. I love the Prospect neighborhood with its parks, trees, coffee shop and restaurants. It is close to grocery stores and retail shops. The apartment is fully furnished, and if you need anything (could use more hangars), Brent is a phone call away and responds quickly.
