Charming house near Port du Rocher and the Prés Salés of La Teste-de-Buch

In the heart of the Bay of Arcachon, 5 minutes walk from the coastal path, the beach of La Teste and the port of the Rock, in a very quiet residential area.

For 4 people, the completely refurbished accommodation, is ideally placed to discover and enjoy the Bay of Arcachon, cycle paths at the foot of the house, shops and train station nearby less than 1 km away.

The house, located at the bottom of our enclosed garden and with a surface area of 35 m², consists of a living room, a bedroom with a double bed 140X190, a shower room, separate toilet and a large private terrace surrounding the house.

The living room includes a dining area, a fitted and functional kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, electric coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine) and a living room (sofa bed, coffee table, connected TV).PGJyPgPGJyPg
The private terrace is equipped with a garden table, parasol, barbecue, deckchairs.

12 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches Pereire, Arbousiers and Pyla sur mer.
A few minutes more for the ocean beaches of Petit Nice or the Lagoon.
Less than 5 minutes for the beach of Hume and its charming little port.
Everything is also accessible by bike.

Possibility to rent for short stays, 1 night at certain periods, with a contribution to the cleaning costs 25€.

Tout est dit dans l'annonce: maisonnette très agréable. Emplacement idéal pour partir faire de belles balades à vélo. Caroline donne de très bons conseils pour les balades.La communication est très facile avec Cariline et Michel..Le petit truc en plus: Nala qui adore se faire câliner. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine malgré la chaleur qui s'était bien installée.

Excellent petit weekend.

Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueilli et sont très arrangeants. Cette petite maison est vraiment au calme, propre et confortable. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut et l'emplacement de la maison est au top. Le bassin est accessible à pied pour d'agréables balades. Nous retenons l'adresse.

Sejour en famille

Nous avons passés un bon séjour, le logement est comme sur l'annonce, pas de surprise a l'arrivée, juste en terme d'intimité il manquait des rideaux, bon accueil, disponible, nous a donner de bon conseils sur les endroits sympa a faire dans la région.

Petit logement agréable.

Logement agréable avec ttes les commodités. Proche des plages d'Arcachon (15 mn en voiture), Dune du Pilat. Caroline et son mari sont très accueillants et de bons conseils.
