Welcome to Three Springs Farm. Enjoy the long mountain range views with easy access leading up to the home. As you turn into this 10 acre farm you will observe a small herd of goats for your viewing pleasure and of course they love to be petted. Sit back and relax on the front porch of this custom built country home while watching the sun rise over a fully stocked 2.5 acre pond. Upon entry you will find a well maintained open concept living area with rock fireplace with electric insert and 75" screen HDTV. Comfortable clean furniture throughout. Fully equipment kitchen to cook your favorite meals to dine-in or grill outside and picnic under the umbrella. First Large Master Suite is located on the main level with a King sized bed and private full bath with tub and shower. Second Master Suite is located upstairs with a Queen sized bed, Pack N Play with bassinet and changing table and a private full bath tub and shower. Third Bedroom private complete with a Queen and full sized bed. Bunk Loft (not a closed door room) has two twin over full bunkbeds and a full bathroom with bath tub and shower. All bedrooms are very spacious and have TV's. We also provide a Queen blow up mattress if needed. All linens and basic toiletries are provided. Full laundry facility located on the main floor with a half bath. Home has Wi-Fi and a cell phone booster but this home is in a rural area so cell reception is not the best in areas. Enjoy looking at the stars while relaxing in a Large Hot tub. Two kayaks and one flat bottom john boat. (a couple life jackets will be provided). Two fishing rods with a starter kit in case you forget your fishing gear. Property is located in the Blue Ridge Highlands of Virginia. Ideal vacation where you can escape southern heat or northern cold and enjoy the sounds of nature and waterfalls. Numerous hiking/horse trails, hunting and fishing, kayaking and swimming. New River is just 14 miles away. They provide Outdoor Adventures and river trips. Elk Creek Dragway 2.7 miles and Marathon gas station and Elk Creek Diner 3.6 miles. New Food City located in Independence VA. 13 Miles. This beautiful small town has history and all other small town accommodations. Garage is not available for use. We do allow events onsite for an additional cost per our approval. NO Campers or RV's allowed without host approval.

Long weekend

Our family stayed here for our sons wedding that was nearby. The house was very clean check in was super easy and communication was excellent. Handicap ramp was super for my dad in a wheelchair however this was the only handicap accommodation. Yes we would stay here again!

Peace and Tranquillity

The property was duch a magical backdrop for our wedding celebration. Magestic views and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. We loved visiting with the goats and we had so much fun relaxing on the water. Would recommend 10/10!

Our best get-together ever. Beautiful house, location, property. Out of the way. 20 to 30 minutes from larger towns. Great surroundings. Dezirae has taste for excellence. Filled with beauty and faithfilled encouragement.

Elk Creek Getaway

Cannot recommend this property and owners enough. The house? Perfect. Nothing we would have changed or asked for. It has everything you need to walk in and start your vacation. Truly the best we’ve ever seen in over 30 years of renting vacation properties. The lake is beautiful, the dock, the kayaks, all just fantastic. My two granddaughters had a great time floating, boating, and fishing. Then the goats! My girls loved making a nice salad and feeding them every day. Everything about the property is outstanding, and we barely scratched the surface of the hiking opportunities. The owners are super responsive and helpful. We met them the last day and they’re exactly what you would hope for. Wonderful people. Put this one on your list, it’s amazing.

My husband and I are looking to share our home as we travel the US. With my husband retiring from the military we able to start exploring with our new camper. We have put so much work into our home and know anyone who comes to stay will enjoy it as much as we have.

Why they chose this property

This property is a one of a kind. You have a 2 1/2 acre pond, fed by 3 springs, all to yourself to fish, float, or kayaks. Mountain terrain surrounding the back of the house where you can hike and see the beautiful waterfall and creeks. Newly renovated back deck stringed with lights, outside table with umbrella and hot tub. Front porch is lined with 3 rocking chairs and a porch swing where you can sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee with a book overlooking the property. The entire house has been remolded and has plenty of room for multi-families. Stocked kitchen and bathrooms with all the necessities for your stay. I have no doubt this will be a vacation you will not forget.

What makes this property unique

Brand new listing, everything has been remodeled with new beds and bedding. My husband and I are wanting to start traveling which is why we decided to start renting our home. This home is truly remarkable and I have no doubt you will have a wonderful vacation here.
