3- bedroom 2-bath split design Florida themed pool home on a dead-end street.
๐Cozy home , away from home , located approximately 10 minutes to the white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island ๐ or downtown Bradenton . Robinson Preserve ๐ฆ and Desoto National Park are just a few minutes away. Shopping, Dining, and many other activities are close by.
๐You enter thru the yellow door into the living room with a 70-inch smart TV, oversized modular couch, and vaulted ceiling. The living room connects to a dining room table that seats 6 .
๐The Den area contains another 70-inch smart TV and a couch that pulls out to make a bed if necessary.
๐The Master bedroom has a King bed with a 32-inch smart tv. The Master bedroom also has a private bathroom with a shower.
๐The second bedroom has bunk beds, 32-inch smart TV, toys, kid books, and games.
๐The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed and 40 -inch smart TV
๐The second bathroom has a shower with a tub.
๐The oversized laundry room is also doubles as an ๐๐Retro , Arcade style Game โฆ. There is a Nintendo Wii hooked to the 42 -inch TV with a variety of games or hook up your own game system ! There is a stand-up Pac-man ๐น and Galaga ๐พ game , along with a Simpsons game. Kids and adults love to chill in this space . You will also find an assortment of board games in here along with corn hole and bocci ball .
๐The Kitchen is fully equipped with adjacent breakfast table that seats 4 .
๐The pool is newly resurfaced, dark bottom, ocean themed. The pool area also has outdoor seating. and is covered.

๐There is a small shed on the side of the house that has beach chairs, cooler, sun umbrella, and wagon for the beach.
The Garage and back shed are not accessible.
We are self managed and just a phone call away for any of your needs.

Definitely the location! Close to the white sand beaches Of Anna Maria Island, Robinson preserve , Desotto national park while close to downtown establishments as well. No matter where you go, this house says welcome back!
