Rdc : cuisine équipée avec lave vaisselle , plaque a gaz , four frigidaire, micro onde et équipement pour 6 personnes ouvert sur une salle a manger et le salon ( tv et wifi )salle de douche avec un wc et une buanderie avec lave linge. A l étage : 3 chambres équipées de lits doubles et de placard aussi de tv + une petite chambre avec un lit simple. Salle de bain et wc séparé . Chaise haute 3 en 1 et lit parapluie a disposition . Jardin de 300 m2 avec une petite piscine hors sol en bois , 2 terrasses aménagées de tables , chaises, transats , salon de jardin et barbecue. Parking 2 voitures . La maison se situe au calme a 10 minutes de Thonon et d Evian les bains et a 7 minutes en voiture d une supermarché . Proche des station de ski, de chemin de randonnées et de piste vtt
