On the heights of Lake Leman, a new and independent chalet for 4 people, cozy interior, in a village
country near the cities of Evian, Thonon and French-speaking Switzerland, near the ski resorts of
Bernex and Thollon les memises, hiking, mountain sports or swimming in Lake Geneva
the chalet has two floors, a large 50m2 terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers,
two parking spaces, and a large garden with trees; on the ground floor on the terrace a whole kitchen
equipped, a living room with color TV, a shower room, separate wc on the 1st floor in mezzannine
a large bed 160, a large bed 140 and a baby bed, the view is very pleasant on the village and the mountains
surrounding

Laurie m’a caché qu’elle avait amené dans le chalet ses deux chats interdit et bien spécifié dans le détail de mon hébergement Ses chats ont fait des dégâts importants sur le canapé et le fauteuil la caution de 150 € n’est pas assez importante au regard du devis du tapissier elle n’a pas voulu utiliser son assurance responsabilité civile tous les frais supplémentaires sont à ma charge très déçue par cette personne que j’ai accueillie comme tous mes hotes avec beaucoup d’attention

Chalet où l'on se sent comme chez nous, rien ne manque. Propriétaires très sympathiques, Geneviève a de la documentation sur la région et nous informe dès notre arrivée des lieux à visiter. Bonne situation géographique, les sites de la région sont dans un rayon de 20 km, beaucoup de ballades et lac du Léman magnifique. Nous avons eu une semaine début juillet sous le soleil. Nous reviendrons pour une visite plus approfondie de la région.

Rien à redire pour ce chalet très agréable et suréquipé. Nous n'avons manqué de rien, tant au niveau de l'équipement que des conseils de Geneviève qui laisse à disposition tout un classeur avec des idées de sorties et d'activités. Le cadre est verdoyant et au calme. Nous reviendrons prochainement !

Aardige ontvangst met lekkers door de eigenaresse die ernaast woont. Voor 2 personen (en eventueel 1 of 2 kleine kinderen)een gezellige woning met prachtig uitzicht en ruimte om het huisje. Genoeg spullen in de keuken. Geen eettafel binnen, alleen een hoge bar met krukken. Prima bed. De omgeving is geweldig! Wandelingen, 20 min met de auto van Thillon les memises waar je kunt skiën en sneeuwschoenwandelen. Buiten genoeg (lig-)stoelen en grote tafel. wij komen er graag terug.

Lovely wood house in a French village

Very nice host, being attentive to details. Good location- it seems far and solitary, but you can get by car to Geneva, Evian and amazing spots in Switzerland, as well as the mountains.

UN WEEK END de 3 Nuits très agréable

Nous venons de passer un week end de 3 nuits dans ce très agréable chalet. L'accueil de la propriétaire a été très chaleureux et pleins de conseils. Merci beaucoup. Le chalet est très confortable, au calme et nous avons pu profiter de très belles ballades (Lac Léman, Evian, Châtel, Abondance...) même si le temps est passé du soleil, à la pluie puis à la neige en trois jours. Tout le confort et très bonne literie. Nous reviendrons pour un autre week end ou surement pour un séjour plus long pour profiter de la terrasse et de la région l'été. Marie-Annick PREVOST

the chalet is of a high standard, and very comfortable and not too secluded, although it feels very quiet and isolated. it is just outside the charming little village of Latrine, and within easy reach of a good supermarket, charcuterie, and fromagerie. Evian is nearby, and also the beautiful villages of Nerniers and Yvoire (park at Nerniers and take a lovely half hour walk to Yvoire). the chalet has everything you need, as well as a lovely and attentive host.

Trés agréable chalet, au calme et proche ville

Très agréable séjour dans ce joli chalet, tout y est, il est très confortable et très bien aménagé. On se sent immédiatement chez soi. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et prêts à donner des conseils sur les ballades dans la région. Très bonne literie , la maison est bien chauffée...c'est un cocon au calme entouré de verdure...ou de neige !!

chalet idéalement situé , à 6 kms d'Evian et à 20 minutes de la vallée d'Abondance . Chalet impeccable et tout équipé et confortable . Les propriétaires sont très agréables et vous donnent beaucoup d'informations sur la région,la situation des sites à découvrir et les possibilités de commerces ,en plus ils ils sont sympathiques et chaleureux . Nous avons passé une excellente semaine grâce à eux .Nous recommanderons facilement facilement cette location à nos amis et nous reviendrons volontiers . ;

Très sympa , très agréable !

Nous avons passé 1 semaine très sympa dans ce chalet très cosy ! Il est très bien équipé, propre et décoré avec beaucoup de gout. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et discrets. La région magnifique ..... Mais attention , les vacances de la toussaint sont pour eux une période creuse en activité , donc très peu d'activités à faire car TOUT est fermé et pas forcement annoncé sur les sites d'office du tourisme des différentes villes autour. A partir de fin octobre , vous n'aurez pas beaucoup de choix pour vous occuper en dehors de la rando . Sinon cette location est SUPER .

Wunderbare 2 Wochen in einer Oase der Ruhe

Dank traumhafter Gegend und tollem Wetter und nicht zuletzt der fantastischen Lage des tollen Hauses hatten wir einen traumhaften Urlaub in Larringes. Man kann dieses Objekt nur empfehlen, weil man von hier aus alles Mögliche bequem unternehmen und erreichen kann. Seien es schöne Bergwanderungen oder aber der Besuch des Genfer Sees und seiner Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Ganze dann gewürzt mit toll ausgestattetem Haus und sehr netten Vermietern, besser konnte es nicht sein. Uwe Brandt

Vacances magnifiques !

Vraiment un chalet typique et conforme à nos attentes. Les propriétaires sont très gentils attentifs et acceuillants avec beaucoup de discrétion, ils sont de très bons conseils pour vous faire passer un séjour magnifique. Le chatet est parfaitement bien conçu et très pratique avec tous les équipements, la literie est formidable, c'est vraiment appréciable. Bref je conseil cette location pour l'été mais aussi l'hiver !! c'est situé dans une région superbe avec moultes activitées et paysages enchanteurs ! bref nous sommes ravis de la prestation et pour les enfants c'est le paradis ! Adèle, Séverine et Pascal.
