The house was wonderful for our family. We really enjoyed the yard. The pool was great. We cooked and ate at home all week in the great outdoor dining area. We really enjoyed the house.

Beautiful setting. Ideal location. Sprawling and laid back.
Owner was in touch for anything. Pool was just right. Something sort of magic about the property. Lots of privacy. One of the best settings: fields, and sunsets. Close to everything on a private lane off a deadend street. Endless bedrooms with endless kingsize beds.
Our experience over the past week was tremendous. The house was spacious and easily accommodated our 7 adults and 5 kids. All resources were available as advertised. Well equipped kitchen, grill, deck, pool. Very comfortable, generous, and open combined living room, dining room and kitchen area. The owner was very responsive to all queries. It was a wonderful week, with every amenity as billed, in a beautiful well-appointed home and property in a location accessible to all aspects of the Hamptons.

We had a very enjoyable vacation.
The house was a good size for our group. However there were many things not working properly in the home and I brought them to the owners attention. The owner then deducted money from my security deposit for 2 broken showers bc she had to call a plumber. I actually believe her and the plumber are in cahoots to make some extra money bc he or she falsified the invoice of why he came there. Absolutely outrageously unacceptable. She did not reveal that she charges extra for the pool heat which did not work anyway. The pool heat finally decide to
Come on on Friday the day before we left. She had a half broken bathroom door that we probably broke fully when we tried to open it she deducted 300 dollars to put a new
Hook and eye lock on that door. The plumber complained that she calls him all the time for insignificant things and then I guess she charges
Ppl for the visit. The only charge that I can agree with would be the pet cleaning fee. We had dogs and there’s a lot of land on the property so they did track dirt into the home which we tried to clean as best we could. As for all the other deductions, The property was extremely expensive to begin with and I think she is deducting monies for unverified reasons. I communicated this to her and she cut off communication w me. I will never rent from her again and I would beware if I were looking at this property.
We really enjoyed our visit to amazing home in Water Mill. The home was well equipped with plenty of land, great pool, basketball court and plenty of 'stuff' for everyone. Both the indoors and outdoors had plenty of interesting places for all.
Best Location North Of Highway/Makes You Feel South of Highway!
Excellent family escape from 2020! Owner was an absolute pleasure to communicate and coordinate with. House has everything you will need! BYO gaming system for the gamer in your life because there is a perfect space downstairs for it. Our dog came home depressed. Great views, sunsets and farmstand close by with delicious food truck. Perfect house for social distancing with friends and family outside.
we were 6 adults and 6 children & we all had a fantastic vacation. The younger adults and their children went to the beach every day and then on their return...enjoyed the pool...The house was a perfect fit...plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms..
All in all...a great time had by all!!!
Our Water Mill rental was superb! With lots of space, this wonderful home really fit the bill for us. From the lovely pool to the spacious rooms, this home exceeded expectations. The view from the field made for memorable sunsets! Many thanks for an enjoyable trip!

Great location and fantastic house for big families or large groups
We stayed here in August 2018 with 3 families. As there were 9 young children within this group (!!) we obviously needed a house with space but one that was also geared towards families which this one undoubtedly is.
The house itself is plenty big enough but what set it apart for us was the outdoor space. The pool area was fantastic with the wider decking area ideal for BBQs, relaxing and having a few drinks in the evening. There was nothing better than relaxing on the decking area as the sun went down watching the fireflies!
The field to the rear of the property is huge and allowed the kids to go off playing with all manner of sports / games equipment that is already in situ.
Location also gave us a great base to explore The Hamptons from and we loved some of the nearby beaches and towns.
All in all, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the house to any of our other friends and family. We loved every minute of our stay there.

Oversized Beach Cottage remarkably well stocked
This house was ideal for our extended family's vacation to the East End. The pool, the huge side lot and the basement provided so much space for all of our children to play and stay occupied. The pool is so well stocked with pool toys and towels, the yard has many games and the basement had many toys. We also made use of all the beach chairs, umbrellas, tables and chairs. The 3 common spaces provided plenty of space to visit and relax. The kitchen was remarkably well stocked too, and we very much enjoyed cooking on the high end gas range and propane grill. The outdoor decks provided great social space and gorgeous sunset views. There were some very minor maintenance items that didn't bother me, but did bother some in our party. I liken it to the types of things you might overlook in your own home, and it actually helped me feel relaxed about having my kids there. They were fairly minor and didn't affect the function of anything. The most remarkable feature about this house, was how helpful Ilsa's ideas were for places to visit and eat. We didn't even get close to visiting all the places she suggested, but we had plenty of options and all of her suggestions were fabulous.

Lovely Location plus Wild Turkeys
This one's a no-brainer. It's intimate and yet there's tons of room t/o. We just had a week-long family reunion here with our parents and siblings and spouses (coming from various US locations). Everyone was impressed. The property is meticulously maintained, the pool is wonderful, and the location was central to anything we wanted to do -- Montauk, East and South Hampton, Sag Harbor, plus Shelter Island and the North Shore. (Go to the Parrish Museum, the Longhouse, and the Pollock House). We loved how well stocked the kitchen was. Tons of pots and pans and dishes. Everything you need - including little things like a garlic press, blender, etc. It's stocked, so don't overthink it when you book. We loved the pool. Plenty of towels and bedding btw -- so all of that is taken care of. Washer/Dryer is great. We bbq'd almost every night. You're set, so don't overpack. The house has wonderful decks and they are amazing -- multiple areas very nicely furnished where groups can come and go and have views of the large property and the farms that surround it. Wild turkeys roaming about, beautiful twilight photos. And fireflys. We had one very minor plumbing issue and it was taken care of immediately. Thank you Carlos!

Just as advertisted, maybe even better
My friends and I had a great experience during a long weekend at this home. I'm not very familiar with the Hamptons so I was expecting more of a cozy cottage, but it's a very nice house with a modern open kitchen and living room area. The kitchen has an enormous sink and island area, great for morning lounging, and came stocked with everything you need, including lots of coffee and two(!) French presses. I was there with a large group (14) and it didn't feel overwhelming. The beds were comfortable, and the house was stocked with all amenities we needed - endless towels, sheets, blankets, hairdryers, garbage bags, soap. We didn't need to buy any supplies. The outdoor space is stunning and includes a large lounging area, a huge private backyard, and a basketball half court. After a previous housing arrangement fell through, I found this property on short notice. Ilsa was easy to work with and gave us great tips on local places to eat and shop, anything we needed. I would definitely go back.

best family rental
We love the layout of this house all 3 master bedrooms are on different corners of the house for total privacy.
The beds are pillow top and very comfortable.
The kids bedrooms are seperate from the 3 master suites as well and the downstairs giant play room is filled with toys, books and large flat screen tv for an extra bonus.
the garage contains extra frig for large groups and beach chairs...
out door space is totally secluded you can not see your neighbors which is wonderful.
the view of the farm is spectacular. The house also has huge field for soccer there is basketball hoop and a huge deck for entertaining.
we have been coming back to this special property almost every summer for 10 years becuase you feel like you are in the country but you are near one of the nicest beaches in the hamptons.

Wonderful, Charming, Amazing!
My family had a wonderful time at this charming home in Watermill. The house is comfortable and tastefully decorated with a wonderful Hampton's beachy feeling. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds and furniture plush and inviting. The deck is huge with beautiful plantings and furniture, and the sunsets over the fields are to die for. The house and property is very private and quiet, as it is on a flag lot. We had many wonderful barbeques and parties in the amazing outdoor space. There is plenty of room for the sports addicts in your family to toss a football, or for a picnic and softball game. This home is located near many beautiful beaches and is equidistant to three charming towns. We are looking forward to returning soon.

It is Provence in the Hamptons
This home is heaven. It's so different in the best way then all the other Hampton homes. Exquisitely decorated but with the feeling of home you just don't get in a rental. Art and linens, dishes, the art shack, the gorgeous plants, jacuzzi tubs, sauna, toys and fabulous books for the kids. It's all tended to with the care most rentals don't get. The playroom is beyond perfect for the kiddos and the various bedrooms offer privacy and luxury. The pool is in view of the kitchen, again, perfect for the kiddos. It's bright and light, cozy and screams vacation. One of the best things about this home is the location and privacy. There are really old beautiful trees surrounding you but the home is right on the fields/agripreserve so you have a sense of openess as well as privacy you just can't find in the Hamptons. Sunsets from the giant dining table that fits 15 easily on the deck are not to be missed. so much better than the pics. LOVE this place!!
