Huge 6,600 square feet house a block from Peconic Bay. Equidistant from Sag Harbor and Southampton villages. About a ten minute drive to each. 7 bedrooms. 8.5 baths. 20' x 40' heated pool with an automatic pool cover. Playground set with swings, monkey bars and a slide. Huge chef’s kitchen with a wolf range. Two huge sub zero refrigerators. Wine refrigerator. Two dishwashers. Two sinks. Two living rooms. A kids room. Dining room. Finished basement. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom. Two primary bedrooms. One on the first floor. One on the second floor. A crib if you need. Additional Jennifer convertible sofa bed and mattresses. We have had 21 people sleep here comfortably. Outdoor deck off of the second floor. Kayak and paddle board. Fishing poles to fish in the bay. Seasonal views of the bay. The beach is a one block walk. 2 minutes and you are there. Private beach for the local residents. Calm with little waves. Great for kids. A dive dock to swim out to. His and her bicycles to ride around the neighborhood. BBQ grille. Outdoor shower. Brand new ping pong table. Happy to talk monthly rates. Pool closes at the end of October! Reopens in June.

Why they chose this property

It is so close to the bay. Even on hot days, it is a bit cooler being so close to the bay. Easy to get to Sag Harbor and Southampton. Great neighborhood to ride around on a bike, go for a walk or run. Great outdoor space. Firepit, grill and outdoor seating for dinner. The house has lots of room to get away from others to read a book or watch TV by yourself. With the finished basement it is over 9,000sq feet.

What makes this property unique

During the social distancing / pandemic times, you can feel safe here and almost be able to forget about the world's problems for a bit. The beach is never crowded. Walks and bicycle rides are carefree as you won't run into many other people.
