Our beautiful holiday home "Klabautermann 201" is located in the beach park Baabe, just a few meters from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach.

It is equipped with everything your heart desires. Relax in the in-house sauna, relax in the whirlpool and let the evening fade away in front of the crackling fire of the fireplace.

The house has 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds and a sofa bed for 2 people on the gallery.

On the ground floor there is the spacious living-dining area and the well-equipped kitchen, one of the bedrooms and the spa with shower, Jacuzzi and in-house sauna.

The other two bedrooms can be found upstairs. One with double bed, another with 2 single beds. In addition, an additional toilet with shower.

Tolle Lage, sehr schönes Haus!Das Schlafzimmer im EG Bedarf allerdings einer Grundreinigung. Und die Bratpfanne müsste ersetzt werden, Teflonbeschichtung sehr zerkratzt.Ansonsten wunderbarer Urlaub bei bestem Wetter!Besten Dank.

Super Objekt

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Das Haus hatte wirklich alles, was man so benötigt. Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es gibt einen Treppenschutz und es waren überall Fliegengitter vorhanden. An der Sauberkeit kann ich auch gar nichts bemängeln. Es war alles sauber und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.Wir waren sehr zufrieden und empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter.Liebe Grüße

Wunderbare Lage, super ausgestattetes Haus, allerdings keimig und an manchen Stellen abgewohnt

Wie der Titel schon sagt war es an sich eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus. Es ist mehr als komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Allerdings gibt es einige Minuspunkte und daher war es insgesamt nicht ganz das Geld wert: Die Waschmaschine war kaputt, der Whirlpool war eklig und hat gestunken und es gab nicht die angepriesenen Chlortabletten, unter der Couch, den Schränken und einigen anderen Orten wurde außerdem schon länger nicht mehr gereinigt. Die Hälfte der vorab und während des Aufenthaltes bereitgestellten Informationen waren fehlerhaft oder eben nicht vorhanden. Z. B. wo muss der Müll hin, wo sind Strom- und Wasserzähler, welche konkrete Parkkarte bekommt man (es gab ja mehrere Varianten), gibt es Klopapier für die Anreise... Die Parksituation mit Kindern und 2 Autos war außerdem besch*** Es ist eine Zumutung jedes Mal mit einem Kleinkind und dem Kinderwagen 10-15 Minuten zum Auto Dackeln zu müssen, wenn man 10 pro Tag extra für den Stellplatz zahlt.

Gute Unterkunft, Beste Lage

Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre hervorragende Lage. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich top. Wer gerne am knisternden Kaminfeuer sitzt, wird sich hier wohlfühlen. Allerdings ist die zusätzliche Elektroheizung in Bezug auf die laufenden Kosten ein kleiner Wermutstropfen. Die Sauberkeit lässt leider etwas zu wünschen übrig, was aber eher am Reinigungsservice liegen dürfte.

Wunderbarer Weihnachtsurlaub

Wir sind sonst nur im Sommer in Baabe gewesen und wollten diesmal die Stille der Nebensaison genießen. Das hat in dem Haus wirklich gut funktioniert. Es war alles da was wir 6 benötigten und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten waren defekt aber das passiert zu Hause auch. Die Ausstattung der Küche war super. Wir haben die Sauna sehr genossen und haben nix vermisst.Das einzig wirklich störende war das Geräusch welches der Kamin. bzw. vermutlich der Abzug macht wen das Holz halb runter gebrannt ist. Ein wirklich sehr unangenehmer Pfeifton der uns davon abhielt das Gerät öfter zu nutzen.

Schöner Familienurlaub im Strandpark

Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön. Etwas ungünstig ist die Abstimmung der Baaber Kleinbahn mit dem ÖPNV. Der Bus war fast immer gerade abgefahren, wenn die Kleinbahn ankam. Das sollte die Gemeinde darüber nachdenken!

Schöner Urlaub

Gute Lage des Hauses, schattig und im Wald, alles da was man braucht. Sitzgelegenheiten für die Sonnenplätze wären gut. Wenn man viel Gepäck hat, lohnt sich ein Rolli für den Transport. Zum Strand , Backschop und Baaber Heide kurze Wege.

Frohe Vor-Ostern

Schöner Kurzurlaub in Hörweite des Rasenden Roland - die Kinder waren begeistert :) Obwohl wir gegen die vorösterliche Kälte mit der Fußboden- und Elektroheizung angegangen sind, hielten sich die Strom- und Wasserkosten mit 72,18 für 5 Tage noch in Grenzen.

Sehr schönes Haus !!! Lage perfekt im Wald - nur im Dunkeln etwas anstrengend - der Weg zum Haus über unbeleuchteten Waldboden ist riskant für die Knöchel ;) Kleiner Hinweis über das Mitnehmen einer Taschenlampe oder vor Ort 2 Lampen breitstellen wäre super. Einrichtung toll - alles da was man braucht - bis auf - aber das ist ein persönliches Ding - eine Pad-Kaffeemaschine oder Espressomaschine wäre die Krönung. .

Wunderschöner Ostseeurlaub

Wir sind mit kleinen Kindern angereist und hatten in dem Haus einfach alles, was wir brauchten. Babybett, Waschmaschine, Treppengitter, an alles ist gedacht. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen, auf dem Gelände ist ein Backshop, Supermärkte sind gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden, lediglich die Stühle außen waren sehr hart und unbequem. Und um bei Regenwetter draußen zu sitzen, wäre ein Überdachung sehr komfortabel. Wir wollten die Ruhe genießen und mit der Lage unseres Hauses ist das voll auf gelungen. Vielen Dank

Ein kleiner Traum an der Ostsee

Wir haben uns mit Sauna und Jacuzzi pudelwohl gefühlt. Das Meer ist wirklich nur einen Steinwurf entfernt und die Angebote im nahen Baabe, Göhren, Sassnitz, Prora, Binz und Sellin waren zauberhaft zur Weihnachtszeit. Das Serviceteam war auch kulant, wir durften am Sonntag noch eine Stunde länger sauber machen und mussten erst 11 Uhr aus dem Haus. Überrascht waren wir nur, dass Strom, Wasser, Bettwäsche und Feuerholz noch extra berechnet wurden. Das ist in vielen anderen Objekten stets mit im Tagespreis enthalten.
