About this property

Our small vacation home 262 directly behind the dunes

"Our little cottage 262". In a fantastic location, right in the woods behind the dunes is a Scandinavian-style holiday home.

Due to its location Baabe combines all the landforms that occur on RĂŒgen. Here there are deciduous and coniferous forest, the hilly Boddenlandschaft and of course the Baltic Sea coast. When the weather is nice, lie in the sun and jump into the refreshing Baltic Sea to cool off. Beach volleyball, surfing, sailing, pedal boating etc. There are many possibilities. The Mönchgut region invites you to go on a long bike ride.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Costs for electricity (0.35 EUR per kWh) and water (6.50 EUR per cubic meter) are charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee). Tourist tax must be paid locally.
Bed linen and towels, firewood can be ordered upon request.
150, - € rental deposit are to pay in advance and will be charged with the additional costs.
In the New Year's Eve a deposit of 200, - Euro is due.

The comfortably furnished house has a floor space of approximately 75 mÂČ, spread over two levels and is designed for use with 4-6 people.

It has two bedrooms as well as an additional double mattress for children on the open gallery.

Sauna, whirlpool, underfloor heating and fireplace invite you to use even in the cold season.

Extras: Fly screens in every room. Childproof sockets in the house. 2 28'bikes are provided free of charge.


Please note: The houses in the Strandpark are in a biosphere reserve, so barbecuing with an open fire is not allowed.

Mein Mann und ich haben im Februar eine sehr erholsame Woche in diesem wunderschön und komfortabel eingerichteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Alles war perfekt vorbereitet, sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die KĂŒchenausstattung ist fĂŒr 6 Personen ausreichend und selbst fĂŒr Spiele und BĂŒcher ist gesorgt. Gerade in der kalten Jahreszeit haben wir nach langen SpaziergĂ€ngen den Kamin, die Sauna und den Whirlpool sehr genossen.Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Herbsturlaub mit der Familie

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus. Besonders gut hat uns die NÀhe zum Strand gefallen und das das Haus nach hinten zum Wald eine ungestörte Terrasse hat. ErwÀhnenswert sind auch die beiden vorhandenen FahrrÀder. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Entspannung pur am Meer genießen!

Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig im Wald, bei geöffnetem Fenster hört man das Meer rauschen, zu Fuß ist der feine Sandstrand in 2min zu erreichen. Am Strand kann man schöne SpaziergĂ€nge und kleine CafĂ©s laden zum gemĂŒtlichen Verweilen ein. Wir hatten wieder eine zauberhafte Zeit hier und kommen sehr gern wieder :)

Schwedenhaus mit StrandnÀhe

Der Check-In und die Kommunikation bzgl. eines zusĂ€tzlichen Parkplatzes lief sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Das Haus liegt mitten im Pinienwald und das Meeresrauschen ist immer zu hören. Der Strand liegt ca. eine Minute Fußweg vom Haus entfernt. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist sehr gut und es ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Der obige Ausbau und der Kamin laden zu gemĂŒtlichen Abendstunden ein und man kann die Seele baumeln lassen. Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden und beim nĂ€chsten Aufenthalt wĂŒrden wir dieses Haus auch gerne wieder buchen.

Sauberkeit und Zustand mangelhaft - hohe Zusatzkosten

Das Objekt liegt in einer Feriensiedlung nicht weit vom Strand, das ist sehr schön. Es ist gut ausgestattet. Die HĂ€user stehen sehr dicht, im Sommer sehr wuselig, es gibt eine "freie" Seite - das ist diejenige auf den Fotos. Im Winter wird viel repariert, das war auch - ohne AnkĂŒndigung - tagsĂŒber neben unserem Haus der Fall, laut und unangenehm. Das Haus war - obwohl wir extra daran erinnert haben - kaum geheizt, 12 Grad bei Einzug. Die Fußbodenheizung lĂ€sst sich nicht wirklich warm stellen, offenbar funktioniert nur der Frostschutz. Geheizt werden kann darĂŒber hinaus mit kleinen HeißluftgerĂ€ten, im Schlafzimmer befindet sich das GerĂ€t fest installiert unmittelbar hinter einer ebenfalls fest installierten Gardine - also höchste Brandgefahr. Wir haben die HeizlĂŒfter zu Beginn zwei Stunden benutzt, danach nur noch den Holzofen. Das Objekt war nicht gut geputzt, die Griffe der KĂŒchentĂŒren alle schmuddelig und die Herdplatte ebenfalls nicht richtig gereinigt - trotz hoher Endreinigungspauschale. Nicht enthalten im Objektpreis ist die WĂ€sche und der Stromverbrauch; vier Tage (KĂŒhlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, zwei Stunden HeizlĂŒfter und 2x Sauna) waren angeblich 75 Euro. Im Haus erwartet einen eine Liste mit Strafzahlungen: Möbel verrĂŒcken, Papierkorb nicht entleeren, Ofen nicht richtig reinigen, fĂŒr alles wollen die "Gastgeber" trotz hoher Reinigungspauschale noch je 20 Euro haben. Alles in allem Ă€rgerlich - trotz wunderbarer Natur.

Super Lage, tolles Haus sehr gepflegt auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, eine Kleinigkeit nur es wÀre super bei Anreise im Winter wenn das Haus einen Tag vorher geheizt wÀre so brauchte es leider zwei Tage bis angenehme Temperaturen im Haus waren, sonst aber alles super

Tolles Haus in schönem Park

Wir haben es sehr genossen, die Sauna und der Whirlpool sind toll und Baabe ist pure Erholung mit dem CafĂ© Kaffeeklatsch, der Natur, den kleinen Spektakel zwischen den Jahren mit Markt und auch den Piratenspielen im 20 min fusslĂ€ufig entfernten Göhren. Wir mögen auch den schönen Buchladen Beiboot in Baabe. Der Lieblings Platz im Haus ist der Wintergarten mit den Sesseln und Ausblick in den Wald. Mit guten BĂŒchern und heissem Tee haben wir uns dort vollkommen erholt. Im Haus ist alles, was man zum guten Leben braucht.
