The holiday home awaits its guests in ian, a small rural village, 10 minutes' drive from the historic town of Pula and just a few minutes' drive from the beach. 2 bedrooms as well as an additional sleeping place in the living room offer space for 5 people. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, which can be joined to form a double bed on request. The rooms are furnished in a rustic style with special attention to detail. You can store your bicycles in the storeroom.



The beautifully maintained garden and the terrace offer a pleasant stay in nature and shade for a relaxing first cup of tea or coffee in the morning. Refresh yourself in the private pool on warm days.



In Pula, the largest city in Istria, you have a wide choice of sports and leisure activities in addition to numerous cultural offerings and beautiful bathing opportunities. On the busier parts of the beach you will find many water sports options such as pedal boats, banana boats, water skiing, jet skiing and windsurfing. In the evening, take a stroll through the lively pedestrianised area, where you will find a large number of restaurants and various bars.
