Perfect game day apartment!

The place was perfect for a Clemson football weekend! Very close to the stadium and downtown bars. Laurra was so kind and the apartment had everything we needed. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a good spot for a game day.

Perfect Clemson weekend!

We had a great football weekend with this place as home base. The apartment is a few miles away from the Clemson campus, quiet and has all you need for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the super comfortable mattresses. Would recommend!

This condo was overall great! The only issue we had was paper thin walls with loud neighbors Nextdoor and Could use some updating to the furniture and bathrooms for the price.

Moving the college kids back to Clemson

Rental was perfect location to the kids’ new house and perfect for us to stay. Only thing I would say needed improvement was the water pressure in the showers and perhaps either leaving a few more towels or letting guests know to bring extra. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Adorable condo!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Gameday Getaway! We needed a temporary place to stay due to Helene damage, and Laura was the perfect host--very accommodating and communicative, empathetic, helpful, but at the same time gave us plenty of privacy so we felt completely comfortable the entire time. The condo is clean, very adorable, calming, and has everything anyone could need, including coffee! My husband, son, and I greatly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place for any type of getaway!

Exactly What We Wanted

We normally stay with family about an hour from Clemson for the games, but decided to book a place in town last minute. This place was hugely convenient, at about 1.5 miles from campus and had everything we needed for a great game weekend. Enjoyed the large living room tv. Bedrooms were comfortable. We will hopefully return soon.

Quiet condo in Clemson, close to campus. Clean, user friendly. Needed a bigger place for the family coming into a foot ball game at Clemson . Worked out great!!! Clemson Graduation

We have/had two Clemson students (stayed for graduation for this one), so have had various rentals over the years. This condo is tucked away in a quiet complex central to everything. The condo was clean, well-thought-out, and had everything we needed. Communication was awesome. Per a previous review, it mentioned updating, but for the price, location, and everything we experienced, I would completely recommend! Thank you for sharing!

Clemson Football Weekend.

Great weekend with the family and a perfect place to stay. Biggest game of the year with Clemson-NC State created a large crowd. The apartment was a perfect distance with easy access to and from Clemson. Laura was very communicative and provided great information. Would definitely stay again.

Hi! My name is Laura, and thanks for checking out my cozy condo :) I was born and raised in Rhode Island and currently live in sunny South Florida. You can often find me at a classic car meet up, at the beach, or cheering on the Clemson Tigers.

Why they chose this property

I first came to South Carolina in 2015 for a job at Clemson University, and became entangled in the wonderful camaraderie and southern hospitality that this area is known for. I couldn't pass up the opportunity to make this little getaway condo my own. With the help of my family and friends, I spent every weekend of the summer of 2021 traveling from FL to Clemson, renovating the unit so that I could offer a cozy space for you, too. I truly hope you feel at home in this condo as I do!

What makes this property unique

I fell in love with this condo for two reasons: (1) it is minutes from downtown Clemson and Memorial Stadium, and (2) because it is completely hidden and off the beaten path. Tucked away from a main highway, all of Clemson's best features are nearby without the hullabaloo of a downtown life - but close enough to hear Clemson's Marching Band during their practice hours.
