Home is located in the Heart of Golden Colorado, just across from the Friendship Garden, Clear Creek and History Park! A short 3 block walk through the Christmas lights on the creek walk trail or through eh History park will lead you to Downtown golden where you will find amazing Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and nightlife options.

Our home is located in the Golden12th St historic district and originally built in 1867! Home has been remodeled and upgraded in 2017while still keeping the historic charm.

The new Master Upper level suite has King Bed/Bath with jetted tub and dual sinks and . Second bedroom in located in the historic portion home has queen bed with dormer window. Third bedroom is located in the new basement suite with tall ceilings and Queen bed, huge shower, Lounge area, TV, Kitchenette. our fourth bedroom is located in the Adjacent Carriage house where you will find a small but private space with Queen Bed/Bathroom with shower. Room also has TV, small fridge/microwave, Kureg coffee/ sink and private patio! This space is separate from the main home only a few steps away but provides Privacy!
