House was very beautiful,clean,updated with a terrific pool.

We spent the month of February 2022 , We were 2 adult couples. The home was updated, clean with a terrific layout. Stefan was a wonderful host and very responsive and accommodating to any request we made. We were most pleased with our stay.

Our stay was perfect from start to finish. The home was beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully equipped with everything a family could need. From extra towels to a fully stocked kitchen. We especially loved the back patio and the heated salt water pool. Our kids really enjoyed the game room! The neighborhood was nice and quiet and 5 min from shopping.The host communicated clearly and checked in to make sure we were comfortable, which made the whole experience feel effortless. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely book again next time we visit family in Cape Coral. Five stars all around!

Wonderful house!

This house was perfect for our family’s two week stay. We had kids of all ages and the “extra” baby items were so nice to have on hand. The pool is awesome and nice and warm. The neighborhood is fine, nice that Publix and Target are close for anything you need! The area is currently still recovering from the hurricane so not everything is open but it didn’t stop us from anything. The hosts are incredible and truly want you to feel at home while you stay. Thank you for the lovely time!

Just what we were looking for

We rented this property for our family and in-laws for a spring break get away! What sold me on this property was the four bedrooms and the pool with a slide. The outdoor area was great, we spent a lot of time in the pool, on the slide and enjoying the screened in patio. The house had a grill which we used with no issues to cook steaks :) Three of the rooms had king beds and one room had two twin beds. Our teen girls snagged the two twin room and we so happy to have their own beds. The master suite was very roomy and the bathroom was also a great size. My kids, husband and father in law enjoyed the game room. They had many foosball and air hockey battles, it kept everyone entertained and was a nice added touch. We love Cape Coral because it isn’t a touristy town and yet in a short drive you can be at the beach. We love Sanibel Island and visited the beach several days of our stay. I would recommend renting this home, you won’t be disappointed. The hosts were great to work with and were very responsive. The house was stocked with toilet paper and other amenities that make the trip convenient. The only added bonus would be if they had beach items to borrow since families like us that flew in likely will not bring things along. We ended up buying beach chairs and an umbrella and left them in the garage for the next guests to enjoy.

Perfect family getaway!
