SECURITY CAMERA: There are door ring and security cameras outside in place for protection.

Only Registered Guests Are Allowed

No Unregistered Guest

- NO outside visitors and/or overnight guests without previous approval from the host. $200 fee per unauthorized guest will be applied to reservation.

Please clean your dirty dishes Before Check-Out or pay A $30 Fee for housekeeping do that for you.

Do Not Use The Premises For Any illegal Activity

Please Dispose Of The Garbage In The Trash Can to big blue metal trash bin across the garage by driveway.

Property requires a refundable damage deposit $500

-This is private street, 20 acres just have 4 houses, some deer 🦌 walk around, please drive slowly!
